BTC is so far unaffected by the additional volatility check back Monday, if anything this probably does help Trump with his campaign and fits his narrative.   Idiot actions only help muddy the waters further, for the very first time I think Trump has accumulated an equal chance of regaining the presidency.   Thats not happened for a long time, which ex ever came back like that.

  Overall I still dont envisage Trump winning broad support in the magnitude required but the election is now in contention on multiple fronts.  Without recession this will be an unusual mid term election ; hence all of this adds up to volatility which BTC is well acquainted with.

The current bullish tendency was already happening before the attack on Trump, although there is some chance Bitcoin got even more bullish after the attack, as the fact Trump survived creates a lot of social commotion in a global level, turning him into a much stronger candidate. And it's not a surprise for anyone that Trump is the candidate crypto market is more receptive to, despite his hostile instance towards Bitcoin in previous years. Therefore, some effect over BTC price can be expected.

So I guess for crypto investors it means the consolidation of a bullish trend in the following days and week.

I won't say it's "good news" for Bitcoin and its investors, because it was a tragedy, anyway. And to cheer profits over this attack doesn't sound ethical, especially when taking into consideration an innocent was murdered by the assassin who shot Trump.

True. This incident, if this is for real, will motivate him more to tighten his presidency. But nevertheless, I don’t think this is a staged one. He almost lost his life after the shot, good thing he’s safe, and I don’t see enough reason to kill himself just to make his presidency gain more support from the people.

However, whatever happens to Trump will not put bitcoin price at a stake. Just like China what did to bitcoin, these instances only prove that no other person or entity will be able to affect its price the most, except if bitcoin itself will lose its value for real because the supply and demand is no longer seen.

The left is pretty centrist, though there is the "leftist" fringe that is quite far left but its only a small part of the party Other countries actually laugh at the idea that Democrats are even considered liberal, in many parts of the world the Democrats would be considered center/center-right. And the "leftists" are basically a reaction to the fact that the entire Republican party started getting extreme in the 90s, ramped it up a huge amount when a black guy became president as they completely lost their minds over that, and then turned into a full on radical cult of corruption under Trump.

The only people who say the left is extreme are those on the right simply because conservatives are sooooo far off the map of reality that anyone in the center is very very far from them. It's just a perspective thing, and conservatives don't have a clue where they are on the political spectrum because it would break their brains if they took a moment to question their propaganda. Conservatives have been self-radicalizing themselves for 30 years, so now they are just one big cult that wants America to be like Russia or North Korea (see literally everything Trump has done if you need proof of this).

Honestly it's not surprising someone took a shot at Trump. He spent four years trying to dismantle America's democracy and the system of govt the founders put together while Republicans spent four years saying he isn't ever allowed to be held accountable for anything (like giving a child candy when they attack  other kids), he then tried to steal an election and incited an insurrection against the govt as a last bid attempt to stop democracy.

The right is so extreme and so displaced from reality that even those insanely treasonous actions didn't phase them. Trump is now back hoping to get another four years to finish the job dismantling everything America has stood for since it's founding. And also becoming president again is his only chance to corruptly shut down the criminal trials he is facing (and/or pardon himself from all crimes he committed - just another constitutional crisis he'll create along with the many others from his first term) that would surely lead to him spending the rest of his life in prison. If he wins the election some sort of underground war might legitimately happen because 300 million people (or least the half of those that give a damn about America) aren't gonna sit around while Trump and Republicans try to end America - the goal they've been building up to for the past 30 years.


Trump has nothing to do with Bitcoin. Bitcoin will be fine. But if Trump wins America is probably toast, or at least the fall of America is going to be rapidly sped up, as it already was during Trump's 2017-2021 term. But I guess some bitcoiners like that because they want govts to fall they think that'll lead to Bitcoin's ascendency. Personally I'd rather still have a free society as opposed to seeing if Trump can end the idea of America, or greatly speed up America's collapse, with one more term. But this has been the Republican goal for long before Trump got there, Trump just jumped them forward a generation closer to their end game. I guess if you are a Bitcoiner and you think America being the new Russia or the new North Korea will be good for Bitcoin then you support Trump. But for everyone else, the fact that anyone at all supports Trump just shows how dark the hearts of men are and how easily people are corrupted to support evil.

Very much similar to what I have mentioned in another thread to @pooya87, I was beginning to become very bearish against arguments for a big rally. The ETF approval and the halving have occured and Larry Fink has talked to different news outlets about bitcoin already. Bitcoin and the cryptospace needed another good cause to pump. I speculated that the listing of Ethereum ETFs will cause this, however, I was mistaken. It appears that the assassination on Trump has caused a pump hehehehehe. There are whales that might be speculating that a victory for Trump will be good for the cryptospace. The Trump pump has begun.

I don't think this was faked, but it must have been plotted by the other candidate. Just a guess. Whatever this is, I don't think it's going to cause the price of bitcoin to crash big time. Already, there was some speculation by experts saying that the price of Bitcoin in the coming month is going to dip. If that's correct, then I would not agree that it's this incident that will cause the price to crash, but something else.

As long as this is political related matter we can't be sure if it was a planned attack, these guys have their ways of convincing the public to believe their lies and all that and they can go to any lent just to achieve their goal.
