Good point! Because addiction can only happen or continue to thrive in us if we do not have restraints and plans to help ourselves. Even if its mother (emotion) is strongly calling, so far there are plans, we can still defeat it, which is where discipline comes in, and discipline, as it is, can't work alone but with a good plan.
