I sent bnb (bep20) to the crypto exchange with the crypto wallet, but it does not appear in my exchange account because my exchange does not support smart transfer. HELP ME PLZ

You might have to explain a bit further mate. What did you use for your smart transfer and which exchange had you used to initiate it? Most exchange supports the smart transfer feature you just have to get the correct user id. Did you copy the user id for the exchange you were transferring to?

I sent from mexc exchange to bybit exchange, I have all the information, bscscanda shows the coin, but it is not reflected in my account, I know that it should be 15 left in 13 block approval, I have no idea what to do.

Hey, i have checked my Bybit account and it does support BNB deposit through the smart wallet(BEP20). Have you double-checked your deposit address? If you already sent it to the right address. But, your money has not yet arrived in your Bybit account. So, you can contact their support.

I was often sending my BNB through BSC chain to Bybit from MEXC. Please try to double-check your deposit address, then contact the support.
