I have not experienced too many after effects of unwanted effects over my health as a consequence of gambling, to be honest. The only thing I have managed to notice is acceleration of my heart beat rate when I think I am going to pocket some good money out of a bet or after I start to increase the wager while I throw dices, expecting to see some results from it.

However, what is clear is that gambling must be done with a good aim or perception, without having high hopes from gambling about uncertain winnings. Yeah, you will never know when it can go out of hand and there's always a chance you will spend more than what you can afford to lose when it comes to gambling which is why many suicide attempts have happened in the past year. Why? Because they jumped into gambling without even thinking ahead. It's okay to try, I traded before and what I did was try it first with just $10 money and try to increase it. It was a successful feat and I've done the same in gambling too but never ended the same.

We may experienced losing control when playing gambling and makes us losing the money at the same time. We don't know how we lose that control but that just happens like that and we don't realizes about that.
