Regarding the deposit, you don't need to worry about them deleting your history. If any, them deleting it will only strengthen your case. All that's needed is for you to provide blockchain txID that you deposited that sum of BTC to the address, showing it's successfull instead of bounced back or anything else. And a screenshot of your deposit history on that date range, showing that they're indeed not credited.

So, them deleting the history doesn't make sense and doesn't need to concern you, because if they deleted it and it's not there, it'll only work for your case. The txID, please?
