Probably, it has nothing to do with their recent email backlog since I've just tested their other feature that triggers email confirmation and I've received an email from noreply@freebitco.in, almost instantly.
Maybe, it has something to do with the site itself since the button isn't actually responding with the usual message,
Sometimes the button just grays out or the Capcha resets.
