Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hello,
i need 0.4 btc loan for mining hardware, i can pay back 0.5 btc in 1/2 weeks

You need to offer some collateral to find someone interested to deal with you Smiley

This is for this forum works with loans...

You are new user, you want a loan - this is typical Smiley

offer a collateral and send it to an escrow - someone will help you for sure.
