I think he is the new Satoshi and has decided to follow Satoshi footstep after he has become a mess to himself. He should have waited to finish what he started, why his he on his heels.

I still don't get why a person in his right frame of mind would provide contrary information about what he claimed to have created. He only succeeded in proving to the world how less knowledgeable he is about the bitcoin technology. Admittedly, with his drivel claims, any cryptocurrency enthusiast knows Bitcoin better than him. He was actually chasing clout and needed validations to appear meaningful in the eyes of the law. Don't know about his assets, but, not specific, could recall reading a blog that mentioned his seized money amounting to a million dollar. For running, he's a joke and is adding to his pains and failure. Amazingly, with his vile thoughts and ideas he may have assumed running would get the charges on him quashed.

Well, he deserves it! He is not just a normal cheater or liar, he is a criminal! So he deserves all amount of lawsuits thrown towards him and also deserves a prison time for his wrongdoings.

On 20 May 2024, Dr Craig Steven Wright was found by the High Court of England and Wales to have been dishonest in his claims to have been the person behind the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto (the creator of Bitcoin).

Every missing person is somewhere surrounded by people, who probably doesn't know him or don't want to communicate with the world of the person's location. He deserves to be tried for impersonation, forgery, and lying before a court. All the documents he presented before the court were forged. His oral statement contradicted itself and the judge called him a man with a low IQ, hence he cannot be equated to the Bitcoin inventor. I think the UK government should go ahead with the trial and let him go to jail. The government should used Interpol to track his current location and extradite him to face his sins.

Whether he is missing or not, we know that he's a fraud even before the sentencing. Now, he may be avoiding or hiding people because more people are learning the truth about his personality. We don't know his reasonings why he is out of the limelight. But people should be very careful in believing what's out in the cyberspace. so its not a silly drama thing of evading media/'public eye'.. its actual about leaving the country to avoid the judicial system that is currently investigating whether to charge him with a CRIME, (as oppose to previous suits which were only civil.)

The point of CSW to run is because he knows the game is up, his lies have
finally come back to haunt him.

Whats he afraid of? imprisonment, the shame of being convicted and how he
is seen by his supporters, backers and followers - although im sure there are
plenty who would follow him to the grave believing he is still Satoshi. Also as
nutilda pointed out there is money owed to his backers now as they see it,
things could get very ugly for faketoshi!

What is important is that the truth was proven in court only because the judge, unlike some others, clearly understood what it was about and decided to put an end to that factory of lies.

For me, Faketoshi is not the only one who should pay the price for his deception, but all those who supported him all along should also. When someone commits a terrorist act, they are undoubtedly guilty of their crime, but the authorities are always looking for those who financed the crime. I am happy to see that the success of COPA lawsuit has paved the way for further legal action against Craig Wright. Perjury charges make sense to me, and a criminal investigation like that will also serve as a preventive measure for people not to claim they are someone they aren't. It's convenient that Craig has left the country, but living a life of a fugitive is also a pretty good punishment for his actions. I think he'll reappear, though, because he loves attention and probably can't actually lie low.
