I haven't felt the need to post until now because of the seriousness of the situation I encountered with DestinyX Casino. I believe I have been unjustly banned from their platform, and I want to warn others who might face similar issues. Here’s a detailed account of what happened:

I have been a regular user of DestinyX Casino, and I had verified my account to level 3 which is the highest verification on their platform which includes proof of address. I deposited on July 17th and played various games, including dice, blackjack and slots. Over time, I managed to win a significant amount, including 9,000 USDT from a slot game called "Wanted Dead or a Wild" by Hacksaw Gaming.

On July 17, 2024, I contacted DestinyX support regarding a withdrawal that was taking longer than usual. I also mentioned that my game got stuck while I was playing blackjack with a large amount. Despite my repeated attempts to get a response, I was met with silence for hours. Here’s a snippet of our chat log:

Their final response claimed that my account was flagged for “farming wagers for rank-up bonus rewards,” which I firmly deny. I've been cheated and wronged by DestinyX. I've also been told that a few people got their account disabled after a big win. Wouldn't play there at all, DestinyX.com is a scam

First time though that I have heard this casino, and they have their ANN thread here and it seems that you already posted your issue with them.

But the thing is that their official representative or perhaps the owner was not active here and last login was like two months ago.

In any case, I'm not seeing how they will respond to you here, but it's good that you have warned the community about this casino. Perhaps you can go to Casino Guru or AskGamblers, as a independent 3rd party and will act as a mediator.

What happened to your main account? Why don’t you reply to the thread from the account we all know is associated with the site? Or if you don’t want to  It would still  be great if we could get  the account that created the Ann thread to come here and confirm that this account belongs to them because from the way you’re sounding I doubt you have anything do with the site and probably just here to troll, but if I’m wrong a single statement from @destinyx.com can make everyone believe you.

About tagging a user, one of the forum member [we're kinda helping each other building and supplementing the forum here] developed a telegram notifier bot where you'll get notified when your username being mentioned, but I doubt both user uses that tg bot. I think best way to approach them is to address each of them on their respective thread.

I want to clarify the situation and provide a factual account of the events.

Firstly, I have been accused of exploiting bonus codes. However, I met the necessary wagering requirements to claim the flash codes available on Discord and Telegram. My winning streak started with a successful game of dice, followed by a significant win on slots. I acknowledge that the original games, including dice and hi-lo, are extremely buggy. For instance, hi-lo caps at 20x but allows continuous play, and card placements are often incorrect. Despite these issues, I managed to win some money on dice, which I subsequently used to play blackjack and slots. During a game of blackjack, I doubled my bet, and the game crashed. When I reported this to support, they accused me of exploiting the bonus code. Even the provider allegedly claimed exploitation, which is unfounded as they refunded the crashed hand, resulting in a $4,000 balance in my account. Following this, my account was closed, seemingly to hide the evidence. Fortunately, I recorded some of the incidents.

I attempted to resolve this issue amicably by proposing a common ground, but the casino has not provided any explanation. When I won $9,000 on the slot game "Dead or a Wild" and attempted to cash out $12,000, I had already completed level 2 verification, which was requested when I withdrew $200 previously. However, they then demanded proof of address for the withdrawal. Despite providing the necessary documentation, it seems their intent was to delay the process, hoping I would play and lose the money. Upon successfully completing level 3 verification, which is system-controlled and verifies legitimate documents, the only recourse left for the casino was to close my account to avoid paying out.

This situation is highly unfair. I am open to discussing and settling this matter, but if the casino remains uncooperative, I have no choice but to expose these shady practices. I have been a player on Stake and Shuffle for years and never had any issues

I am willing to provide proofs and all necessary details to support my case, but my account was completely banned, likely to prevent me from presenting any evidence. Initially, my account was merely restricted from playing. However, after the provider of the blackjack games refunded my bet—demonstrating their fairness and legitimacy—my account was subsequently banned. This action conveniently prevents me from accessing my account and the relevant information. Furthermore, I was falsely informed by you Amelia, that the provider accused me of exploitation, which contradicts their refund of the bet.
