One guy use to work on goverment told that there is something big going on becouse there is huge funding of black OP activities secret services involved in this.
When escobar was doing business then this black op was set up operation to fund Communist political party.
We can only guess wich group of people they funding now with black op probably in some country they plan for revolution so with black Op they can fund their action.
I can not tell wich companies or wich funding option they use it becouse this will enlight people too much and it's never good i like the world way how it is If it wasn't like that then not so many opportunities to get rich.
So I don't care what's going on but i tell you something big is coming bigger revolution so they fund now so to make sure revolutionaires have a lot funding.

Well, assuming you have indeed privileged information from someone working for the government of your country, those black operations could literally mean anything.
What comes to mind first is the fact there is an presidential election soon in Venezuela, and the government of the United States would like the current administration to be replaced by someone who is willing to do business with the USA, for example. Though, I don't know to what extent it would be possible for the USA to be planning and funding something in such country.
It could also be part of what is going on in Ukraine, and some western countries are preparing to go further with the support for Ukraine, completely avoiding the the Russian take over those regions.

Still, since you have not give any prokf of such privileged information (obviously) there will be people who won't take any of your words serious.
