1. That card issuance fee is huge based on the cards i have used in the past, especially if someone is dealing with large amounts of money. Imagine I need a card of $1,000, and I have to part ways with $75 in card issuance fees.
2. You said your service provides both MasterCard and Visa, but I do see only a visa option.
3. Work on your Live support and also provide an alternative way to communicate to customers in case the website and the mailing service is down. You could have other alternative communication channels such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram

Looks like your cards don't support 3DS. Is this limitation imposed by Visa/Mastercard themselves or is there a possibility to offer them without KYC in the future? I'm interested if you can offer that, though the fees are a bit expensive for my needs. What's the basis for this fee? Btw, I'm not familiar with the payment processor you used. If I paid with BTC, does it mean my transaction needs 1 confirmation in 15 minutes to be considered legit? Does it support RBF or not?

You are right about fees but for now it's only way to run this service up. But we are actively looking for other providers to lower operational fees. Mastercard cards are not available yet, we plan to introduce them in the near future. Thank you for your recommendations, Telegram support sounds like a good idea. It's a limitation by issuer bank we work with, most US banks do not support 3DS yet. But it's possible in the future as there is no limitation by Visa/Mastercard. We use Confirmo for payment processing, they require 2 confirmations for BTC payments. Yes, it supports RBF payments.

Interesting do you have a live photo of the card what looks like? or a video?
I think you add a list of sites where this card will work since it's not refundable according to the terms why not list any of the sites or services where this card works?
Do you think this will work like Amazon or eBay?

I think there is a little confusion; it's virtual card, not physical. It's impossible to provide a full list of supported merchants as card acceptance varies many factors such as risk-scoring of the client, so it may work for us but fail for you. But I can tell that we tested the card on Amazon US, eBay, Etsy and other popular ecommerce websites, it has high success rate in the US.

What happens if someone loads the card and finds that they are unable to use the card as none of the retailers they try to use it on accept the payment? This is a question for US based users of course, is there a refund option or is the user on the hook to find a buyer?

These cards are like Visa gift cards sold in local shops, so unfortunately there is no way to unload/reload the card. In such case we would suggest using card at popular merchants such as Amazon US, Etsy etc.

Is it just me that this sounds very risky? When you mention Amazon, Etsy etc... Can you expand the "etc" list, at least with some well-known services, which are popular with online payments? FB, IG and advertising on other social media for example

There are more favorable options, but take into account that these are virtual cards without KYC, so the fee you pay for such a service is still a little higher than some services that have mandatory KYC. Take for example a service that has been known for some time, so if you look at their fees, you will pay a $50 fee for the amount of $1000 on the card.
So you do not have a broad list of merchants that accept your card, and there is no possibility for a refund in case the card does not meet the client's needs. There is always a risk, so the general advice is to try with a small amount to start with. Besides, the US, EU or some other areas have some rules of their own that can change at any time, and I've seen cards (virtual) that work everywhere in the EU, except for some reason in France, and of course in some countries that are usually on the black list of American banks that issue such cards.

Is it just me that this sounds very risky? When you mention Amazon, Etsy etc... Can you expand the "etc" list, at least with some well-known services, which are popular with online payments? FB, IG and advertising on other social media for example Novacard does not hold any license to issue cards, so we partner with card issuer companies; their T&C apply to all cards purchased from our website. The company we currently use does not offer a way to return a purchased prepaid card. If we use another card issuer that supports refunds in the future, of course we would be happy to offer that. Actually, there is a reason we don't provide a list of supported merchants. It's because card acceptance is not only related to the card but also to the to the payment processor. So, if I tell you our cards work on xyz.com and it doesn't work for you due to flagging by their payment processor, we would be required to offer you a refund. This is the reason you don't see a "supported merchants" list on Visa gift cards you can buy from any local shop in the US. Here are basic details about card acceptance of Novacard Eagle*: - This card does not support 3Ds, if merchant requires it may not work. But most merchants in the US do not require it. - Most e-commerce websites support prepaid cards, I can say this card has high acceptance on Shopify and Stripe (US) merchants. - This card supports PayPal, you can't load money to PayPal account but you can use it for PayPal checkouts. (PayPal merchant's location does not matter, with this method you can even pay on European merchants) - Advertising services are very problematic about cards, sometimes even virtual cards don't work. You shouldn't buy it for that purpose. In conclusion, I don't think it's "risky" as you can try our service with a minimum amount of 10 USD and no fee. * Novacard Atlas (international) is temporary disabled until we clarify some details with card issuer.

Is this the reason why the cards are only available to US residents? What would happen if someone tried to use a US (residential of course, but I don't see why datacenter wouldn't work either) proxy and attempted to make a checkout to such a merchant? Would it work? Or would the card also be declined in that case? Theoretically there would be no way for them to know that you're outside, if you're also using a US address with ZIP code. This is a workaround for using cards from some other brands.

If you mean using US proxy + EU merchant, it won't work.

This is a big limitation for cards to be accepted only with US based merchants, and 7.5% fee is not a small fee for customers to pay. You are a new card provider service and you should try to provide better terms than your competition.

That's surprising, I thought 3DS feature is quite old by now considering most banks in my countries support them. I guess I'll just wait and see if you'll offer one in the future then. Not sure if I still need them though. Anyway good to hear they can support RBF payment, although I suppose they can also ask for KYC without your consent? Why not run your own payment processor to accept payments btw?

That is very naive to think that centralized exchanges can't block coins you sent them from your wallet. And in case that happens for whatever reason, what are you going to do with customer who send you those coins to purchase your virtual cards? Maybe better question to ask is what is Confirmo doing when they receive coins and their alerts get triggered?

Receiving funds from payment processor's hot wallet (which is likely whitelisted) is way more safer compared to receiving funds directly from clients. I don't say we are fans of these AML systems, but it is how it is. For your second question, you can check their ToS for all details: https://confirmo.net/legal/terms-and-conditions

I found this thread a few days ago and posted here rather use the live chat or email. The website seems professional and all points surrounding where you cannot use the virtual card have been clearly displayed therefore purchasers know exactly what they are buying and what to expect. No doubt you offer a service that is in demand however the 7.5% card buying fee might be the biggest negative point when considering whether to use the service. Having said that, the biggest positive point has to be these are virtual cards therefore the need to give a postal address is removed from the equation for those wanting more anonymity. Though charging 7.5% of the card value (or minimum $5) for issuing the card might seem a lot, on $100 the buyer pays $107.50 and on $1000 the buyer pays $1075 and that could appeal to some. For some, paying $107.50 for $100 to spend (or $102.50 with the coupon discount) will probably be something they will keep as an option. Apart from the issues you have stated surrounding various websites where these virtual cards cannot be used (including non-3DS), the main drawback would have to be having a six month use limit. If that period were to be extended it would add to not having transaction fees or monthly fees which are already excellent selling points. Slightly off-topic but have your heard of CoinPayCard? They announced a somewhat similar service and within a very short window exit-scammed. How will you assure forum members you are in the business for the long run and have no nefarious intentions? Also, how is the service you provide different from StealthsNet? If you need any help, you can contact us by live chat or email!

Hello JollyGood, sorry for late reply we are changing some things on the project at the moment so we are not active here. I'm glad that you liked our website design, we tried to make it simple as possible. As you stated, there is no need to enter any details for Novacard Eagle, 6-month time limit is set by card issuer company, it's not possible for us to change it. 3DS was mentioned on our website because of international cards (which we removed recently), 3DS is not a problem on the United States websites as they don't ask it.
