 You all must be suprised at my choice of topic, well it was inspired by discussions I heard from neighbours and sometimes arguments in a gathering. Well everything that has an advantage must always come with a disadvantage but the advantage of Bitcoin has beat all odds compared to it's disadvantage cause it has proved to be the best alternative to fiat in terms of transaction speed, security, asset class etc. But then despite all odds and prove to be the potential money of the future their are people who still criticise the project and think it's no where compared to fiat money and their reason for disliking Bitcoin makes little sense, sometimes the hatred is caused by ignorance but then after hearing some people's reasons you'll notice it's just an unnecessary dislike for the project.

 I came across someone who hate Bitcoin cause she was scammed through it, but my reply was that they scam people everyday using fiat money so are you going to hate using fiat as well, then she was dumb founded and couldn't reply, people fail to notice that scammers can use different means to steal from them, they'll always be two step ahead of their victims if given a slight chance to penetrate them, and they operate from different areas, through links, the media, fake apps, investments be it Cryptocurrency which Bitcoin is one, and if Bitcoin happens to be a means through which one got scammed, that doesn't make the project a scam project. Bitcoin is a legit project and if one is not knowledgeable enough to safeguard their assets in a good wallet or avoid things that would give scammers opportunities to steal from them then they'll always be the victim. But that doesn't make Bitcoin a scam project or bad asset, people should embrace the potential money of the future and stop unnecessary dislike.

Great topic and great insight as well, as many ive come across that hated bitcoin, actually did out of ignorance, some without they themself being a victim to scam,  hated bitcoin because of some scam stories they either read online or what happened to some one they know.
Some others simply don't like bitcoin because they have become so used to fiat money that it makes them feel or believe that any other form of money is likely a scam.

And in my honest opinion, we can't really blame people in any of the situations as mentioned above, it's all due to their ignorance, and this is nothing really to worry about, because there was a never a time the entire people in the world were going to embrace bitcoin at the same time, some will embrace it now, while others will do same much later.

Those who claim that they dislike bitcoin are just too scared to take risks. It is very normal for them to make excuse for their own fears. Some of us here have at some point had our own personal opinions about bitcoin but since we decided to take the risks, here we are stuck with Bitcoin. Risk takers are not scared of trying something new and if they try and fail, they try again but with a different approach. How will people condemn what they have not even tried out before? Its really funny  how this same people are comfortable using FIAT which gets devalued every day by inflation but will see nothing good in bitcoin that offers something better.

You can’t everyone on the same page no matter the number of times you try to. Bitcoin has already explained its purpose by itself and for those that don’t want to believe in this seamless technology, they can do whatever they like because one thing is certain, they can never stop its adoption by the masses again. That's a normal reaction from those people who have been wronged and scammed using Bitcoin. As far as I remember, when I first heard about Bitcoin and did research to it, I was optimistic already but then when I started to mention it to my circle of friends, they all felt awkward because it might be another internet scam in the making. The comparison you've given to that gal was right, fiat or cash has always been used for scamming people—fake bank calls, credit card scam tactics, and other finance scams as well.

But that doesn't make Bitcoin a scam project or bad asset, people should embrace the potential money of the future and stop unnecessary dislike.

I guess not. Because there are enough convincing reasons for them to change themselves and like Bitcoin. If they don't like it, it's their choice and you will almost impossible to change their opinion on it.

Most people who claimed they were scammed through Bitcoin are either ignorant or untruthful. Many scammers promote altcoins deceiving people that it is Bitcoin. Many people don't know the difference between Bitcoin and altcoins, so they are easily scammed. I don't see how anyone will be scammed by buying and hodling Bitcoin in the right wallet.

Another set of people who claim that they were scammed by Bitcoin are those who thought that investing in Bitcoin was a get-rich-quick scheme. They thought that it would give them instant profit within a short period. When it doesn't happen they sell their coins at lower than the cost price and claim that they have been scammed.

The government and Bitcoin haters will always give any criminal activities in the crypto industry wide publicity. But fiat scam is the highest in the financial industry. I agree that Bitcoin is legit and that people often dislike Bitcoin due to ignorance, but I also think that when someone doesn't like something, it's okay for whatever reason. For some, it can be bad memories of being scammed or involved in something they'd rather forget. For others, it can be a simple fact that Bitcoin is intangible, so you can't see and touch it. When people make false statements (such as that Bitcoin is a pyramid), it makes sense to correct them. But if it's a personal disliking of Bitcoin, I believe people have the right to dislike it and that's okay.

Regardless of their reasons, it comes to bitcoin there's no such thing as "unnecessary". The fact of the matter is that the reasons why these people hated bitcoin in the first place is quite necessary. They don't know better, they thought the scammers completely represent the whole bitcoin community. Pretty sure if you were in their shoes you will say the same thing especially if you didn't know better.

You can't hate victims for hating the platform where the crime was perpetrated, that's like making fun of someone who got robbed at a back alley when they don't want to come near those anymore. You could've done better by informing them that the scammers aren't what the bitcoin community is completely made up of but instead you deepened their animosity towards us. Way to go kid.

It's better to just be empathetic than call people stupid for things they don't know. You can't invalidate their opinions either cause no matter how ridiculous it might sound there is some basis as to why they stand by such beliefs. The fact is that those that hate bitcoin lack the knowledge of bitcoin potentials and they have been brainwashed by people, especially the government because they are the ones that comes on air to start criticism on bitcoin that it is used by illicit activities as if fiat is not the currency that has the highest illegal activity records but the government will keep it secret.

Sooner or later, they would really be able to realize all of those things on the moment that they would really be able to experience for themselves on unfortunate conditions on which we know that
when it comes to this aspect on where dealing up with crypto space would really be that vast. They'll soon realize that Bitcoin and with those shitty scam coins around and other frauds wont really be
something that they couldnt be able to generalize. People do really love on generalizing everything on the moment that they will really be able to experience unfortunate situations on where this is the moment
or time that they will really be making some indepth research on which this shouldnt have done this earlier but well there's nothing we can do about it if people would be having this kind of behavior.

Whether we do like it or not, the main reason on why people do really get interested into dealing up with Bitcoin is just they are really that looking for easy profits
on just simply holding it but due to lack of knowledge then this is the main reason why on people be lost of track and ending up with those scams and frauds.
