But it Seems like some hidden force divide same etnic and same cultured people against each other.

Even siblings who were brought up under the same parents and who were taught the same moral conduct do have serious disputes that could get too extreme to the point of killing themselves. Culture is part of life and as long as humans exist, we can't exist independent of others culture and way of life.

Matters of economy wouldn't allow any nation to exist independently of another nation and even though a nation has a vast amount of resources that can serve her needs to a very large extent, there will always be cases when it has to relate to people from other culture and what's just expected of the individual is to accept the difference in people's view about cultural developments and embrace the uniqueness of the different cultures of the world. Once you try to unite two cultures, you're indirectly killing one or the two in the process and it will never end well. What has course most of the wars we've seen right in the early days has been a particular sect trying to overpower another and influence them with their culture while attempting to cause the supposed lesser culture to go extinct. Society would be a better place if we could only accept the uniqueness of the individual cultures that make up the universe.

I also think that Brics will not succeed in the long run, but maybe it's not supposed to? Maybe the goal is to weaken the US as much as possible. Even if they manage to pull it off for a decade it's going to be enough to enforce certain actions on the US. You can already see it happening where countries who used to help Ukraine are not so eager to keep doing so and Trump says in public that Ukraine should agree that Crimea and some other occupied regions remain with Russia so that the war may finish. In the end it's all about the money.

It is not easy to put cats and dogs in the same place and expect them to live peacefully, there will always be quarrel and fighting, dogs can find a way to live together without much fights, same with cats. From that point of view, human beings are the same and they can manage to live together despite their differences in religions and cultures. Although I get your point, people who share the same language and culture are more likely to live with brotherly love and look out for themselves than others that don't share this relationship. Different tribes and cultures in different countries can live together if there is respect for each other's tradition and cultures, if the strong don't trample on the waek, but in reality it is not very practicable, that is why there will always be wars and conflicts. As for the BRICS, I believe that their formation is for economic ties, not a formation of a world power because it won't work.

I believe it is a very rough extrapolation to compare human beings with animals trying to live together, though.
The very first point of establishing alliances with other countries if for the sake of overcoming our differences, in order to reach a common goal, despite of our origins or our culture. Take for example what happened during World War II, the Soviet Union, the United States, China and The British Commonwealth put their differences aside and worked together against the powers of the Axis, which was a mostly European-Japanese alliance.
BRICS+ has a chance to succeed, however I agree with you that the more heterogenous the alliance gets, it becomes more difficult to coordinate efforts. It is not impossible, though.
Countries like Russia and China have a weight which is out of proportion in that group of countries .

unlike the petro-dollar that tries to turn everyone into capitalists to obide and comply to the american culture and rules(IMF/worldbank).. brics however is multi currency system thus people get to stay in systems that work with their culture and can have rules and processes that operate for that culture

EG if some culture doesnt believe in loans, their currency can still operate globally without having to join some petro-dollar that uses loans as penalties/sanctions.

yep the US uses loans with other countries to then control/charge/punish a country via the conditions of loans. so a culture that does not believe in loans can free themselves of the US controlled IMF/worldbank systems whilst still operating globally by having the bridge(like forex) system to convert value internationally, thus they can be more part of the global economics whilst still using a currency that does no believe in loans

Thinking only on the trading financial aspect, every nations can negotiate with each other and compose commercial unions. Countries which have an hostile stance towards each other still negotiate goods and materials.

However, I agree there is something else (culture, looks and even smells) which prevent people from getting along with others from a different kind. It means you can have a commercial relationship with another person, but it won't pass from that point. I believe that is what happens between nations which don't develop a genuine bond.

And then many bad things arise, such as envy, resulting in conflicts. That is when similar cultures unite against the different ones which threat their existence.

It seems a natural primitive instinct from our ancestors, but it's undeniable to work as a survival defensive mechanism.
