Hello. I've encountered an issue on BC.GAME. My account was blocked supposedly for some violation. I don't know what to do. I wrote to them via email, and their response is shown in the screenshot below.

Sorry for your experience. This casino is  a reputable casino and well popular with a running campaign on this platform. I am curious as to what happened before this action was taken against your account. However, you could still contact their customer care service to know what really happened that warrant the sudden suspension or permanent ban on your account because "there is never a smoke without fire "
You can still attach evidence of your ownership of the account here. Possibly your last deposit or anything that could show as a proof that you are the real owner of the account being suspended so that reputable members who would assist you can have something at hand to communicate the casino.

The thing is, I don't understand what could have led to this block. I completed full verification, made deposits, made withdrawals, and played slots. Everything was fine. Suddenly, they decided to block my access. I'm really puzzled right now.
I'm also trying to find out what happened from Live support, but they keep redirecting me to email support.

They should state the particular clause in the terms and conditions that you have violated because from what they have said, there is nothing to nail the Op because they too didn't mention the particular offense the Op as violated. And if they are to blocked the account they have to tell you the offense. These are some of the things making gamblers to avoid some casinos because they blocked accounts without good explanation. When you are blocking someone tell the person the offense so that the person will not be thinking what causes the blocking of the account.  I don't like things like this with good or concrete information and suddenly block someone account.

It's a very sad situation and from what I see support is being lazy in explaining to you in more detail why they closed your account. Probably not even the support guy doesn't have this answer in detail, but I advise you to make your post in their thread:

Bc Game is an honest casino, so I hope they solve your problem. When you post on their thread, if you can, you should post proof that you deposited money at the casino. Usually casinos have said what exactly the customer did wrong that led to the account being blocked. That's why I find it strange that support didn't tell you anything.

I'm quoting the images for everyone to read, if you think you are innocent of the charges then contact the support and ask them the specific violation so you can address the issue, if you are not satisfied with the answer then you can open a thread in the scam accusation section so they can address the issue, I'm sure BC game can defend their action like they did in the past.

Love support should be able to attend to you quickly than redirecting you their email support. This is uncalled for if the live support can not attend to you then what is the point putting up with it.
Did you check for countries prohibited from playing on the casino if your country is amongst them?

It is surprising that a BC.Game represent will make out time to type all of the above email without including the particular clause why the Op was permanently blocked. I don't think it is a fair action. In the email, it was stated that it wasn't an action done hastily, rather it was a well investigated action with a clear verdict, but the presentation doesn't seem so.

Even when they mentioned ToS, I was expecting them to highlight that particular term of service that OP defaulted. It is annoying how some staff do lazy jobs.

From the reply you got, am sure you as a human should have sat down to have a reflection on your last moments before you got locked out from your account.
The solution to our problems many a times comes from our own errors and we must be attentive enough to identify them before it becomes a problem.

I also think that unlike many of us here, you accepted the terms and conditions while registering without reading or scanning through, so you either go do a study up on what prompted such reaction from them or you create a new account or you keep waiting for a better response that would give you the answers you seek.

Op have you also contacted their ANN thread representative here to know what caused the permanent block or ban from the casino website? Because from their email they have stated it clearly that you violated the rules of the casino which are are the ToS. So since they could not give you good respond from there then it will be better you contact the representative here to know the cause. And if there is no good reply from them here then you can go ahead and create scam accusation thread this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0. make sure you add the amount that is in the account.

When someone has violated the Terms and Conditions of the project then you have to.make it clear for the public to know the violation so that people will not oppose the decision of the company but whereby the reason is not made clearly then there is something hidden.

It states that you use a disposable email address and have more than 1 account.
Do you play with a deposit bonus or raw deposit at BC?

Based on what is written in the email you received, they have permanently locked your account due to your activity or involvement in some prohited practise on the casino, but then, they did not mention what exactly was the thing you did which is prohited, so this makes things a bit difficult to understand.

I would suggest you check yourself and find out what you were doing on the site, or what you did last on the site before this issue came up, and possibly do through their terms and conditions to see if that indeed was something that was prohibited on the site, one thing certain is that, bc.game is actually one of the most reputable and trusted casinos around, (atleast for now), so, they can't possibly lock your account out of no reason at all, maybe try and open a chat communication with their customer support if you are sure you did not do anything wrong, maybe your issue will be taken a second look at.

Did the support agent (not a bot) told you to email? if so, it's probably because a different support department handles such matters. If that's the case, then I suggest writing thru email if you wanna appeal.

Though from your screenshot, it sounded serious so your odds are probably low. May I ask if you have funds stuck in your account? because if there's none, it might be better to just move on after this appeal.

Like you already know, BC.Game is one of the reputable gambling sites you can find and okay with on the forum and as such, I was eager to see what you might let out following the directives you’ve been given about your gambling activities but, it seems you find nothing wrong in your activities as you’ve stated. Funding your account, playing slot and making withdrawals which seems fine.

However, we’re a couple of gamblers get it wrong is, having multiple accounts, having multiple stakes on same market in the Sportsbook to cheat limits. I mean, you could check on how you’ve generally played on the site and find an answer for yourself. Mind you, they didn’t even subject you for KYC or anything which means, something is wrong somewhere.
Why you might feel it’s your right to know, am sure they would have liked to tell you in confidence but, your always going to spill and that would further compromise some means to detecting such issue with future offenders.

The thing is, I don't understand what could have led to this block. I completed full verification, made deposits, made withdrawals, and played slots. Everything was fine. Suddenly, they decided to block my access. I'm really puzzled right now.
I'm also trying to find out what happened from Live support, but they keep redirecting me to email support.
The reason is on their email and that's why they have blocked your account and access. When there are some sketchy activities and techniques being done to win, the casinos are likely to detect them whether it's with bc.game, stake or any other casinos. On this case, if you think that you really are clear and didn't do anything wrong or haven't used any tools to make those wins then try to contest and appeal this and if you've got funds left there, I am sure that they will allow you to withdraw it.

The fact still is that,  bc.game should have stated clearly what op's offense is or was that warranted them to block his account, them just saying that op was involved in some restricted activity or action around or on the casino is just not enough, and I will advice op to possibly appeal this blockage, specially if there is a balance on the account.

IIRC, VPN is allowed there but who knows if that's one factor as well.

I think that most of the casinos will not say the actual reason of the offense done by the user. What they can say is about some clue but won't disclose anything in actuality. But as for him, if he think that there's really no issue on his end, he can just keep on contacing the support and prove his point.

Well, you are right, but I am not sure if him contacting support regularly to prove his point is a good idea, except the support is a very patient person, else, he might end up getting blocked by the support as well.

What I still suggest is the same as what I've suggested before in my comment on the bc.game Ann thread, and that is that..
If op has or have a balance on his account which he can't afford to lose, and he is very sure that he wasn't doing what  could be possibly (or) considered wrong and a violation to the casino's terms and conditions before the block, then he should head over to the Scam accusation board and create a scam accusation post/thread against bc.game, I believe the representatives of the casino on this forum will act swiftly to resolve the case as soon as reputable users on this forum starts calling them out.
