BC GAME ACCOUNT IS LOCKED

This case is going to end up like every of the other matters of this nature, I think at the end if the ops have a balance on his BC.game account he may get a refund but that also depends on how the balance come about, Beca's if it be from games winning or bonuses it may be denied payment, but if the balance on the account is the users deposits, then that means the the casino will have to refund the users and close the account completely since their have discovered case of violations.

Hopefully the casino representative would respond to this when his attention is being called to this thread.  I too am  wondering the recent outbursts of complaints against the casino and if all is really good with the casino. 

So far there have not been any updates from OP as to why his account was suspended, no aspect of the casino policies that was pointed out by the casino that was breached by OP for them to have taken such actions against OP.

I think casinos should set it as a standard that when ever any message of account suspension or banning is sent to an account holder, it should be sent with the reasons and possibly evidence from their end why they banned or suspended the account then the owner of such account would know it is their fault or not and if to appeal the suspension or not. Either ways, this could help ease some stress of worries and pannic.

They really need to address this. It's alarming that in the message it says it's "final," which means OP could no longer present his evidence if he wants to prove that he did not violate any terms of service. Another thing, they didn't specify the kind of violation OP made, so that alone is quite concerning. I honestly don't like a casino if they give that kind of reply, leaving me hanging while the account is already closed.

@OP, did they allow you to withdraw your funds, or did they confiscate them as well?

Just got scammed by BC.Game too. Didn't play there for a while and went back to check them out and found 20 bucks worth of BCD waiting for me which I gladly wagered x1(Just in case) and proceeded to withdraw.

I was surprised to find that my withdrawal failed along with locking my withdrawals and they actually want me to submit my KYC for a mere 20 bucks in order to withdraw it. These fools are outright scamming gamblers using KYC as a shield.

I advise avoiding them until they sort out these issues completely.

no offense but I don't get it, isn't it in their terms and conditions that they can ask for KYC when they deem fit(or something similar to that)? so I am not sure how asking for KYC is equal to scamming.

anyway, regard BC.GAME and their lack of response to the complaints posted on the forum, they really need to address them and at least explain as to why the KYC verification of the people who made a complain keeps getting denied or delayed.

What I still suggest is the same as what I've suggested before in my comment on the bc.game Ann thread, and that is that..
If op has or have a balance on his account which he can't afford to lose, and he is very sure that he wasn't doing what  could be possibly (or) considered wrong and a violation to the casino's terms and conditions before the block, then he should head over to the Scam accusation board and create a scam accusation post/thread against bc.game, I believe the representatives of the casino on this forum will act swiftly to resolve the case as soon as reputable users on this forum starts calling them out.

There are the same other threads there so yes, maybe it can help as it will get the attention of the bc.game's representative. Otherwise, if the verdict is already said and they're firm to that and there's no need for them to explain and disclose anymore, there's nothing can be done.

Well, this is certainly an unfortunate circumstance, but it can happen to anyone. For $20 I wouldn't want to go through KYC either, I would probably stop playing at that casino until they fix it. And if it doesn't come to that then nothing, there are other good alternatives...

Who knows what OP did to get this ban... if he is not guilty (50/50) he should write an email to support and maybe to a representative here, but I doubt that will help much. The casino will never reveal how they caught him, which is what they always write when it comes to complaints, they just don't want to reveal their secrets. They did an investigation, they found that there was some abuse and that's it...

Yeah, that's pretty much it is. Most of the casinos will not disclose the reason for their decision when a user has been blocked or banned to their platform. As for OP, I'm suggesting if he's genuinely clean and will be able to prove his innocence then he should do it. Otherwise, it's hard to alter the decisions that they've already made for users like him. But as for that reason, there's really something into it as he said he's only playing slots there.

Sorry about your experience with the BC Game casino. Possibly they might have changed their withdrawal policy or something else have happened that warranted them to act this way. I have noticed that of lately, complaints have been coming in from members against this casino and so far the casino have not really come up with anything tangible to resolve their cases individually .

Some times  casinos might be having a tough time which they would not say and  would prefer to remain silent while sourcing for a means of settling the situation of things surrounding their casino. In some cases, it might be that they are short of funds to pay out and to be very discreet about it  so that it does not circulate as rumour.

I think that is not fair; they should disclose it since it's your account that is being locked, so you deserve to know the reason why it's locked in the first place. You only bring that here and create a scam accusation if you feel that the reason is not being committed by you, but a site that doesn't disclose the specific reason is very shady in my opinion.

It is normally as for me. Account was inactive for sometime and after someone bet to execute wagering requirements and try to withdraw it. It looks strange enough, so they asked KYC.

The OP. They write about prohibited technique. May be you used(or at least it was installed) some software like poker assistant, VPN, etc. Try to search in this way. But anyway i don`t think that you can change casinos` decision.

On contrary, It’s very easy to notify the casino involved if the scam accusation was done here since all gamblers hang out here rather than the scam accusation board which is the place for general scam.

I think scam accusations child board is not a bad idea. But yeah, this topic should move on scam accusation board.

Casino wants it to make private due to security reason. His violation is related to exploit that violates the ToS. Pointing out their findings assuming this user is cheater will make them vulnerable for another attack.

Most of the casino usually have a ToS that they have the right to not explain further/disclose their finding when a user commit a violation in ToS. This is really unfair that’s why I suggest to seek help for an arbitrator because casino will not disclose sensitive information like this in public.

Damn. I completely sympathise with you in this context if you didn't do anything illegal. It's extremely weird that they didn't disclose the reason behind their decision. Their competition like Stake etc are way better in this area.

Hello. I've encountered an issue on BC.GAME. My account was blocked supposedly for some violation. I don't know what to do. I emailed them, and their response is shown in the screenshot below.

     -     Well, in that matter, you can't do anything because you violated one of their strict rules in terms of service, and I think you need to accept it. Maybe create another account if it's still possible with them, or another name of one of your relatives or close friends if you want to use their casino.

Just be careful and let this be a lesson to you, mate; at least you know what to do the next time you play gambling on their casino platform. Because even if you appeal, nothing will happen in such a matter.
