While looked at the top right side where the forum time is located, then it was incomprehensive for me to match the forums current time with mine. Hence i know my local time is only 1 hour ahead of the forum time but then I had to refresh the forum before i could get the real matched time.
If your problem is the time on your computer is one hour behind the forum time, always like this, it means you use the forum default time setting and you need to customize it to your local time zone.
Use this link
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3489966;sa=themeYou will see
Time Format:
The format here will be used to show dates throughout this forum.
Time Offset:
Number of hours to +/- to make displayed time equal to your local time.
(auto detect)
Current forum time: ....
If at the Time Offset box, you see it is
0, it means the issue is confirmed and you need to customize the figure to 1 like TryNinja guided you. If you are not from Nigeria, customize the figure to another number, depends on your time zone compares to UTC+0.
Another possible problem is you are in the forum for 1 hour, and don't open any new page, thread so the time information is not updated. I really don't think it is your problem. Being on the forum for 1 hour and don't do anything has less chance to happen.
