be careful skrill scammed me

I withdrew USD 300 to my bank account
but nothing has been arrived
I contact support they said once the status became "Processed" you will collect your money from bank within 2 days
but the status still "complete" and did not receive anything since 19 jul
and they do not respond to my ticket any more

It's sad to heard at first, but unfortunately it's not something new about problems with skrill, not just yesterday, but for 2/3 years they couse a problems. I used several skrills as many gamblers, traders on betfair, bet365 and, for example, here, after withdrawal, the money was transferred to my account without problem (964EUR)(Photo), but another time, when I withdrew about EUR400, it didn't arrive immediately because I had to first send confirmation that the account belonged to me. If you really are the owner of this account, in your name and surname, I have never had such a problem, write or call them, also go into chat and dont talk with bot but already want a advisor, in my situation disturb they was positive to faster solved my problem.

Their support seems to be very slow and that sucks, but you probably have no choice except to wait for them to respond to you. Use all the channels you can access to make noise about your case until they resolve it. That could also be a lesson that you start looking for better alternatives for future transactions

Skrill is kind of better if you compare it with Paypal. Paypal don't even bother to response when you have a transaction issue with them.

@vivin sorry to hear the loss. Since you are familiar with crypto [you found this forum means you know about bitcoin and altcoins], you can use crypto as you payment options when there is a chance.

Then do as they have instructed you, it's a pain in the ass but the only way to deal with skrill, get a bank statement from your bank for the last month, open a new ticket and upload the statement showing that no transaction was received, and then...wait!
Skrill support it's the laziest one in the world, I had a ticket marked as new for 7 days, then started chatting with the bot and managed to open 3 on the same subject and after 3 days they finally contacted me saying, oh we're sorry, somehow your account was protected/locked despite being fully cleared and without any issues in god knows how many years.

Also don't believe their claim about 2 days with international bank transfers, if you're in the EU may be, outside, no way!

I went to trustpilot site and filtered the review , selected the negative review to find out the site is scamming a lot of customers and swallowing their money
and the positive reviews seem to be fake

they did not ask me for a bank statement , they know the payment did not delivered yet .
they  told me to wait until the status turned into "Processed"

and I suppose they are professional and know what they are taking about when dealing with transfer money. they are not newbie

I can not open any new ticket as it merge automatically to the old one and take the name "Duplicate"

I think most of the negative reviews is because support isn't helping to resolve the issues in time. Just like in your report, they are tossing you around, which is very unprofessional. Just take a look at the negative reviews from Binance. They even have why much worse negative reviews. Does that make Binance a scam? I don't think so.

Most reviews about Skrill in trustpilot complain that the site took their money and close the accounts with no warning or clarification and they let a bot respond the complains in trustpilot which means they will not refund the customers money Unlike Binance, which is concerned with responding to Every negative review, the user updates his/her review and provides viewers with information about the actions taken by support to resolve the issue.

Most of the negative reviews about Binance are due to users not knowing the safety procedures, and not to deal  outside the platform to preserve their money.

Unlike skrill which steal the customers money and not to refund their money, this is called fraud and scamming, not bad support.

I bet you that the site is a scam and will not send the money or respond, I will update this post every week to make sure that the site is a scam. After that, I will ask a lawyer to file a lawsuit against the site and demand a large compensation in UK , I will run an advertising campaign to gather all the users who were scammed by Skrill  and took their money.
