Hi guys after a long time thinking about it i made a step foward and i bring to you this new contest for the forum.

I already manage this other contest for Copa America and im a very well player of most of the contest across the forum

Some rules/prizes are still to be decided but, the main rules are settled.

RULES:

Select two teams for each pot.

Between week to week you can choose different teams freely, you just have to respect that you can select only two per pot.

There is no teams restriction per country.

The sum of goals from these teams will be your points/score.

The user with most points/score at the end of the season wins the contest.(only for paid participants)

Each one is responsible for checking that the team they select plays on that date, if they do not play it is their strict responsibility. And will play with one team less that date.

TEAMS CAN CHANGE OF POT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SEASON DEPENDING OF HIS PERFORMANCE.

This is gonna be a lot of work for us to investigate properly
100 teams, checking the fixtures of all of those 1-2 stars teams.. Damn hahah.

Might I suggest that we have to pick them for the whole season/can change them only 1-2 times over the course of the season? Or to reduce the number of teams?

If I play, I want to play to win - and it will make me pick these at random most of the time.

I dig the format, I think it's just too time consuming with so many teams.

I like the idea of picking new teams every time, but maybe as cryptofrka says a lot of work. Should we do it every month? Easier to manage. Picking same team throughout is too boring.

Too much work for me. All those teams will have different amounts of matches in a month. And then you have to take into account all the opponents, form, home/away and who knows what to play it seriously.

Even one-quarter of the teams on offer would still be too much for me. I hate to skip on any paid competitions on bitcointalk but really don't know how to manage this one.

Too many gray areas as well - like Trofo said, what if a team plays 2 games in that week/in that round? It's a huge advantage for a guy that notices that.

I think something like this can work, but I'd start with a much smaller sample of teams and then expand later if needed. Or maybe make it in a way that you have to select every team from the list, but only once and that's it. Don't really know.

First of all i think you are overthinking about it but well maybe is also a bad explanation for me side or diferent points of views.

That can not happen at all, because im gonna put a time for the "gameweek". For example i upload the spreadsheet in the wednesday and the "gameweeks is gonna be for the matches between friday and monday". SO is impossible to see a team playing two times in that gameweek.

I think about cutting the pots, but also that cuts some of the most unpredictable teams and reason of fun of the contest, i also think about only choosing teams by a month but doing that i cut the possibilitie of give some freebets for the week winner and most important is less talk in the discussion thread.
