You can't for some of them, they are more or less private pools.
It's just what mempool and others are pulling from the coinbasetag info or what the pool has provided to them.
I know of a small private pool that for whatever reason uses their own node to mine to and deliberately changes the address mined to every block and puts gibberish into the coinbase tag so they cannot be tracked and just shows up as 'unknown' Even if they did not do this, you would never find anything on them by searching since it is 100% private among about 10 people. The company info goes back to an IT firm and that's about it.
Every operator has their own view on things. You can probably do a bunch of digging and find something if they happened to put out any info, but if they don't want to have it public then you will probably never find anything.
