I think Kouye should reevaluate J603's trust rating. It's been a while since that initial negative rating, and while it may have been applicable at the time, there doesn't appear to be any ongoing reason that it should remain.
Kouye is the one who should be getting negatives, all he does is go around leaving negative feedback with little reasoning.
Incorrect...when Kouye was active (he hasn't been online for over 2 weeks now) the vast majority of his negative reputation was deserved.
Koyou left me a negative for no apparent good reason, abuse of the feedback system based on assuming everyone is a scammer is bad, nor would I trust anything he says, at leasts VOD, tomatoecage get hard proof before they call anyone a scammer, look at my feedback I have trust ratings but two negatives from people who abuse the system. Also i contacted him twice to let him evaluate his assumption of me twice and nor got a response from him.
