Here's a user's experience on Reddit:
A client offered to pay for some products with BTC, I said yes, but then he didn't want to use any of my wallets Trust Wallet, Blockchain.com, Coinbase, Kraken. He alledged they can't handle large deposits ...
Well he told me to register with Enzochain ... their url is enzochain.web.app, I never heard about that wallet before but I registered an account, nothing weird here, but I'm kind of skeptic. He sent a payment on USDT ERC20, the payment was confirmed(showed in green), but numbers don't say anything to me, I wanted to verify the token on Etherscan.io, so I did and found out the amount was fake! The only token that was present on the wallet's receiving address was a $7.68 transaction.
I asked support and they told me the transaction was real and for the large amount reflected on my newly created account, I told them about what Etherscan.io results were, and they said I have to add 0.5 ETH! And then I will be able to transfer or swap my USDT ...
So my conclusion was that despite they had a good score on scam monitoring web sites, given them a low risk, this behavior sounded inconsistent, I read the average ETH gas price was around 0.05 ETH, not 0.5 ETH! Therefore what I think is they will keep my ETH and never allowed me to get it back, or use it to pay for the USDT gas prices. Even less swap them later into BTC. And as the token showed a pretty low value it seems a scam ...
