Casinos has a rule of... being rude with their staff, so let's try to deescalate situation and clear things one by one instead of adding more to the pile.
If you'd like I can show you every single other chat I had with them where I was respectful. But basically each time they just told me to wait for a response, which I finally got, the one where they claimed I might've done a fraudulent transaction or automated gambling or some bullshit and offered to refund first deposit (l m a o). That chat was just me at my witts end I guess. It's been respectful before and after that one chat so hopefully I'm good there.
