lol i expected people like you when i wrote that
LOL (lots of love). Yeah, this forum is full of people like me, and this is why you chose this forum to resolve your case.
Your giveaway statement could have held more weight (as a sign of gratitude) if you had mentioned it after you got your withdrawal. Mentioning it now opens up other perspectives, and some might argue that it indicates your way of handling things (which is of no use here).
LOL (lots of love).

you are wasting your time typing this nonsense, i am sorry my generosity didn't align with your expected timeline. i can also say what you're saying is silly because i spoke about the giveaway AFTER the forum already helped me the most they can (AKA getting me in contact with a higher up rep).  meaning it should be clear i'm not trying to "sway" anyone because every logical person knows once high rep members get you in contact with a casino in scam disputes, you're then just awaiting the casino. there's not much else they can do.

"Yeah, this forum is full of people like me, and this is why you chose this forum to resolve your case." -- nah, people like you thinking anything good comes with a catch or a greedy motivation behind it.

life is about perspective my friend.

Maybe you are right. I wasted my time (you did not understand a thing). Since you are so knowledgeable about perspectives, let me give you one:
Suppose you are in court advocating your case in front of jury members, and you told them to give away a certain percentage of your winnings if the case ends up in your favor (no matter how good your intentions are). Do you think it would be the right thing to do?
Please try to understand that I am not against honest players, nor am I writing something which can hamper your chances of getting a cash out. All I am trying to do is uphold the ethics of this wonderful forum, which will eventually facilitate fair investigations.

I would like to state I'm now getting a region blocked message when logging into BCGame. I am still in Norway. This is pretty weird considering I've never gotten this before ever, and seems to be something they're doing maliciously to follow up my case soon.

I'd like to reiterate here that Norway was never a blocked region until TODAY on BCGame, and still is not even listed on their TOS as a blocked region (https://bc.game/ms/help/terms-service). So we'll see what shady stuff they do here.

Excuse me if this post may seems pessimistic to you, as I am honestly embarrassed to spoil your mood even more by saying that it is almost impossible for them to pay you that huge amount considering that they are actually involved in policies and games that they themselves created. It would be easier for them to lose the entire project that is facing accusations in bulk, so that they can be relieved of all the open accusations, and invest the $5+ million in creating a new platform. Since I doubt that they will succeed in finding a way out of this mess without having to pay you, considering that they have not yet mentioned any good reason preventing them from doing so, I encourage you to accept any settlement with the least damages. You will not gain anything if you go to court and spend years between judges and lawyers even if the outcome is inevitable in your favor because you may lose the value of that amount in legal expenses and fees. My proposal may seem somewhat defeatist, but it is also more realistic, since we are talking about millions of dollars and not just a few thousand. Your main goal is to get the maximum profit possible and not to destroy the platform no matter how right you are and no matter how guilty they are.

On the other hand, I would also like that you excuse me for holding you partly responsible for what is happening to you because you risked imaginary amounts without being fully confident in the platform's ability to handle the huge potential profits. I doubt that you were aware of previous cases who succeeded in winning and withdrawing large amounts of this size from BC.game.

I do really feel sorry for your lost deposits/time/efforts, and wish you can get your case solved sooner.

you realize they signed a $40mil deal with Leicester City recently? and that they are on lionel messis jersey? they have the reserve to pay this and not care lol. sites with similar popularity like gamdom made $100mil in 3 quarters of the year. theyve probably made 50-60mil bare minimum past 3 quarters. i also have a friend that has done an $800k withdrawal on this site successfully before.

stop writing nonsense. you acted like i was trying to persuade people with a giveaway when persuading them does nothing because they are not the decision makers ( the casino ). i am simply generous. get off my thread thank you.
I think I made my point clearly let others decide validity of our arguments.

it is almost impossible for them to pay you that huge amount
I am sure that they have more than enough funds to pay out a legitimate winner. This action will not only significantly boost their status in the crypto world, but I am certain it will attract more 'whales' to their platform. It might be a short-term hit on their bankroll, but it will definitely provide much higher profits in the long term. I am confident they are not that shortsighted. It is just a matter of time; they are delaying the payout so that perhaps the original poster (OP) might lose it all. I strongly recommend that the OP not touch a single penny until this matter is resolved.

Norway has been getting stricter against gambling websites which aren’t licensed to operate in their country and many online casinos have started to leave this market.

From what I understand, online gambling is illegal in Norway, with the exception of two government owned companies being the only ones allowed to operate.

Norway’s online gambling industry operates as a strict state-controlled monopoly with Norsk Tipping and Norsk Rikstoto the only legal options available to local gamblers.

Even if Norway is not listed specifically in their terms of service, it does state that players are responsible for following their local regulations.

Well, this still doesn't have anything to do with this case since they accuse him of violating their TOS. Since Norway or Canada are not mentioned in their TOS as banned regions there is no violation on that part, no matter what local law says. For this game only TOS are important I guess.

I am occasionally got the same with my Japanese IP. Sometimes it came, sometimes it didn't. When I used their hash.game site the "warning" did not come by the way, even though I obviously used the same IP from my home wifi or phone internet.

There's.

4.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or the higher legal age of majority as stipulated by the jurisdiction of your residence (e.g., Estonia – 21 years) and are legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website under the laws applicable to you.

According to Norwegian gambling regulation, the only company who can legally offer online casino games and betting is Norsk Tipping AS.

I didn't mean to defend Bc.game, but it's what it's.

Norway only allow Norsk Tipping AS, so the rest of them are illegal and Bc.game have stated to make sure that the games are allowed in their country. So it's really tricky, even though the casino didn't mention the country, we should know the law about online gambling in our country.

exactly, crypto casino owners.. especially successful ones... are not stupid people at all. they know if the many crypto whales that lurk this forum see "$6MIL NOT RECEIVED BCGAME [RESOLVED]" it would be amazing branding for the casino. i think this guy is just unfamiliar with BCGame, they have done like $100m in sports deals past 2 years, my $6m is nothing to them and it would only benefit them paying it out.

This feels like a stunt made by bc to get some attention. After enough attention is accumulated they will release your funds and claim they made it right for you. You will change the title of the thread to "6m bc.game SOLVED" and boom, bc.game just got free advertisement for $0.

Keep your head up and lawyer up, go after their licence and make it clear you're not backing down.

Why? It'll be a rather risky stunt, won't it? Though some might will be attracted to the platform as they're paying 6 mills, some will also reconsider their decision to risk gambling on a casino who has such a high amount disputed. If they want a 0 USD advertisement, there are way lots of better alternative. Saying this one feels like a stunt, in my opinion, is... reaching.

OP, still waiting for your PM with UID, if you wish me to try to reach someone else on BC.

In the video he posted in his first post you can actually see the UID. Didn't see it so clear but when you zoom in you can still see the numbers good enough to recognize them.

Hopefully you can reach somebody and help him. I mean, even with out the UID, how many cases of confiscated 5.5 million would they have, right?

exactly, crypto casino owners.. especially successful ones... are not stupid people at all. they know if the many crypto whales that lurk this forum see "$6MIL NOT RECEIVED BCGAME [RESOLVED]" it would be amazing branding for the casino. i think this guy is just unfamiliar with BCGame, they have done like $100m in sports deals past 2 years, my $6m is nothing to them and it would only benefit them paying it out.

Saying this one feels like a stunt, in my opinion, is... reaching.

Bc isnt stupid and theres only 1 possible outcome - them getting this solved. So the question is, why would they be doing all this if THE ONLY way this ends is them giving the money. This is far too big of an amount for the public to forget about it after a day/week/month.

Thank you for this, I missed this piece of information as I did not watch the video, not knowing that it's readily available. Given it's a weekend, I'd like to think that perhaps the staff I am in touch with were having a weekend break, thus the silence about other matter I asked, and they'll hopefully return on Monday.

If by Monday afternoon [this is the period I usually have some time to spare on my plate after IRL matters tackled to address cases and interact with the forum] I am yet to hear from them, I'll try to get to know more about the nature of OP's case from other staff.

Of which the possibility of a publicity stunt become more and more less likely as the days passes, since it'll raise people's doubt [both the prospective and the existing] about the safety in playing on the platform, and the possibility of the case stays this long due to investigation become more and more possible.

If it's publicity they aimed for, I believe the law of diminishing returns applies here, where they only have certain period of days and amount of USD to reap the benefit of publicity, beyond that, and I'd like to think the line has been passed, the graph dropped quickly and significantly.

damn lol is he calling it a publicity stunt as in i am secretly a bcgames employee? LOL

besides, regarding Norwegian law, I am a Canadian citizen 99.99% of the time and I am NOT in Ontario which is the only region of Canada they restrict and even if they do end up finding out they don't allow Norwegian players the geoblocker never popped up meaning no dispute website would side with them for that reasoning. I also just loaded Stake and a few other very giant online gambling platforms and they also don't regionblock Norway.

because of the ETH drop the balance became worth only $4.7mil, so i took out $100k ( 40 eth)  and turned it to $1m (420 eth). so the balance is worth around $5.8mil right now aka still $6mil (2428 eth specifically)
