SCAM: Cloudbet scammers: robbed me 4500usdt

What happened::

I was using normally the account in cloudbet, and suddenly the blocked my account asking for verification (which is normal), i have sent everything they asked.
In the first place they asked proof of residence and I thought they ask the same adress as showed in the ID Card, so I sent it.

They told me players from my country (Spain) can't play and allowed me to withdraw only the deposits (robbing me more than 4500 usdt in benefits). I told them im not living in Spain. They actually in their rules forbid to play FROM SPAIN, but not forbid to play to spanish players who live in allowed countries, which is my case. I explained that to them and they allowed me to send new documentation, and right away (in terms of 5 minutes or something) I sent them the proof of residence in Andorra, which is my current place. Then, they refuse it.

They told me that eventhough they allowed me to send new documentation to prove it (which I did), as far as the first one was not OK (due to a missunderstanding), they are going to take all my 4500usdt amount in benefits

They dont answer more emails to me

Run away from this website as far as they are a total thiefs and scammers. Be so careful

This is Coludbet official account but the user last logged time is in April. So hearing anything from him is like waiting for him. You can send the user a PM so when he is online he can see the topic and take any necessary steps that requires.

I think they Geo-block users from restricted countries, if I still recall well. What I don't know is if the bans stretch to "Citizens" of a given country, or they apply to only residents. Unfortunately, Cloudbet has been known to delay having disgruntled customers because of their very slow customer service.

So what you may do is just practice patience and wait for a response from them

According to their terms it all depends on where the play comes from and they do geo-block. Did you use a VPN?

If you use VPN then they may block your account in this case I dont think there will have any way to get back your account as well as your money. But yet you may try to contact with them if you can get back the money on the account which you are using. Though almost no chance if other reason still there is no other way except contacting with them.

Looks like OP is some unserious guy and I doubt if he will come back with any update here just like his previous report that happened last year. Maybe he gets to realize that he is guilty and does not bother to pursue the cases afterward. If he managed to access cloudbet from a restricted Country, then it is very luckily he breached their terms by circumventing the Geo-block.
