Hmm. Why has my original balance moved to 'Staked' and become unavailable. Now my available balance seems to be counting DOWN when staking, are these transposed?? Haven't seen this with my other PoS wallets.
They'll come back with the percentage gained, it's just the way it works. My ac does the same thing...
LOL, thanks pal. Worried a bit then, hoping this coin springs back to life.

Again, someone capable of mining could give it a try and see if the debug.log
has this:
AddToBlockIndex() : Rejected by stake modifier checkpoint height=10001

or
some other error

Let's make sure that something is not awry.

Please increment the version number.

The "new" download ("Lovecoinrelease", filedate 1st of May, 10:03)
is "v1.6.0.0" = same as before ?

Tried new windows wallet,
with old wallet.dat, all other files deleted from %APPDATA%\Lovecoin

Download of the blockchain was fast. Stopped at block 10000.

Any advice?

The difficulty is 0.65042627 ... could that be the cause?

If there is no other flaw in the sourcecode, then perhaps the network just needs miners.

Dev - what about buying mining time on betarigs ?

But before that, we would need at least one pool. Unfortunately, the technical problems persisted so long that
the credibility of Lovecoin has been severely hit.

But the technical side of a coin gives it only half of its value; the other half comes from the community.
So it is up to us whether Lovecoin survives or not.

If no pools are coming, we could start thinking about major update that will bring about the 2nd Coming of Love.

I got the new wallet, and now I'm dead at block 10770.

I'm out. No low interest has-nothing-new-to-offer coin is worth this much wasted time.

What about those pools who served lovecoin before? Contact(ed) them?

Not your choice really, anymore. Next time decide before.
Once you took this currency into your exchange, and we trusted you with our coins, you took responsibility.

I do understand your frustration, though. I don't say you need to invest more time now. I just say you cannot simply "I'm out"-destroy-our-coins.

Just wait.

When the solution has been found, you can update your wallet ... and all will be good.

I'm using latest from OP ‎01 ‎May ‎2014, ‏‎11:03:56 6.87 MB (7,209,984 bytes)

It DOES seem to take a long time to start sync. I just thought it had died on me after re-starting the wallet after a day closed down, took nearly an hour to start sync even though it got connections straight away. Now showing block 11084 last generated block 9 mins ago.
I'm not even using a conf file so not manually adding nodes. (just discovering them from hard coded seed nodes?)

Happy.

VERY nice. Good news, thanks.

But I cannot replicate it yet.

I have just done the same:
Deleted everything in %APPDATA%  but wallet.dat , and started Lovecoinrelease\lovecoin-qt.exe (the LoveCoin version v1.6.0.0 of 1st of May which says 0.7.2.0 in the file properties, with 7,209,984 bytes).

After about 2 minutes, it got a connection to the network (without any .conf file), and now, 3 minutes later, it has reached 10000 blocks.

Stuck there, though.

getpeerinfo tells me, I am connected to:

"addr" : "162.243.246.39:14311",
"addr" : "209.73.144.178:14311",
"addr" : "107.170.28.152:14311",

and all are running these versions:
"version" : 60006,
"subver" : "/LoveCoin:0.7.2/",

1)
YarkoL, for a new version, could you please increment some version number, so that we know who is running the newer code?

2)
Who of the long chain users, is willing to provide an always-on node, and publish his IP address here, so that we can addnode-connect to it?

3)
Lovecoindev, please simply provide the longest chain at the hardcoded IP. Thanks.
