It's the same thing for all members unfortunately, but thankfully they are fully aware of the issue and they will fix it in the coming days from what they said("ASAP"). We are currently in the plain middle of the summer season, many people are on vacation, so I'm not surprised if fixing this kind of issue could take a little bit time. Don't hesitate to follow the ANN from the link posted above, they are regularly posting updates there.

Please note the issues with the WoF spins (mentioned in my previous post) are still ongoing.
We are aware of the issues and although we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution, our team is still working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.
There has been an increased volume of customer contact which may impact response times, saying this we have worked hard to ensure every email regarding this matter has been responded to.
Please note any updates will be posted on the forum.
I understand this is frustrating for many and hope to have a resolution very soon.
