Lately, I've been reassigned VIP Hosts roughly every 2 or so weeks it seems, and my latest VIP Host, Misty, is either refusing to distribute bonus, or is stealing it or embezzling it to others.

I'd appreciate a response from any qualified Rep from BC.Game, as I feel like the service your site has provided has fallen drastically over the 3-4 years I've been a player and have reached VIP LVL 53.

To clarify the accusations, I feel like BC.Game doesn't vet or discipline their CSR employees who literally are given carte blanche to administer whatever ruling they want including bannings, account suspensions and funds denials with no oversight whatsoever, at least from what I've personally experienced and what I've seen from others post. Please clarify if you actually hold your employees to S&Ps and strict rules, especially concerning bonus distributions, because from my perspective I could see very troubling potential of illegal embezzlement from bad actors employed at BC.Game.

My preliminary guess will be that the loss-back works like rakeback, the numbers are not fixed to certain amount, they're dependant on the game you play, the total wager you made, the house-edge, your loss, your level, and many other factors.

Why did VIP Host Passy give me $25 for every $250 lost then? If you need screenshots, I will provide? Was she breaking rules ? Also I was told my VIP Hosts would automatically credit me lossback bonus if I qualified. I deposited $267 in the last 4 days and lost it all, yet, 1 day later and several messages, Misty has yet to even respond.

My host never gave me 10%, always just 8% or below.
Also, hosts never give it automatically, only if you contact them and ask for it.

I'd like to reply also, that rather than resolve my issue, they'd rather just kick me from their Discord server.

If this is the professional conduct any gambler wishes to associate with, and they value their time and financial investments at any gambling institution, they deserve to be treated as bad as I have been, as BC.Game's official stance apparently is silence anyone who has an issue with their platform.

I am speaking from personal experience. No site is contacting you saying, hey, now about some loss back for you. Not BC, not stake, not any other site.
If you want something extra you have to ask for it.

OP, I thought this case was resolved and cleared with enough explanation from their rep as well as a very helpful insight from AHOYBRAUSE? BC team has investigated the situation and your bonus allocation was distributed correctly, 8%.

I can ask my contact to explain things further to me and I'll rely it here [or perhaps they'll make another post here themselves, though I cant promise you that, given this case is actually as good as cleared and casino representatives usually moves on from resolved topics], but FWIW, I think you just misunderstood a mechanism and a term and everything was done according to their SOP.

I'll inquire to them if I have to, but to bother them with such inquiry, I'll need to be sure that there is a misconduct from them, and for that, I'll need to see images you provided. However, just as what I explained to you on my reply to your PM, I think my ISP currently hate IBB [and I see I am not alone, Awaklara seemed to face similar issue] and I can't access images provided through it.

Well, I can, but I have to make some ways around it to access them. Each of the link will have to go through this way-around, so it's very time consuming. I'll appreciate if you can reupload them to talkimg.

Ok, I've read the exchange of communications happened and provided by the screenshot. OP, help me to understand the narrative you're trying to point out and correct me if I'm wrong:

This is the first time you asked for loss-back bonus, or whatever timeline applied here, that qualifies you to request for a loss-back, and they promised you a total of 200 USD installed 4 times, with the first and second one was combined, amounted 100 USD, the third one distributed on 3rd August, amounted 50 USD, and the last one is the one that prompt you to raise this case as they only gave you 20 USD?

If I am correct so far, do you mind to highlight the part where your host promised you a 200 USD loss-back? Or was the amount [200 USD] was assumed by you and never explicitly mentioned by them in any form?

I suppose the "acknowledged" part refers to you confirming that I understood your situation, as described on my previous post, correctly, thus it didn't answer what I wanted to know.

If you're refering to the chat transcript from Twitter/X.com, I'm referring to their social media interaction event where they rewarded players who engaged with their posts on Twitter/X.com over a month period. The event stipulates 4 prizes over this month period, you may find this info on their forum, however they're updating their platform, so I have nothing to cite at this exact moment. The transcript shows me clarifying what rewards I am still awaiting, the figure of 2 $100 bonuses (MY QUOTE) was hypothesizing the rewards I've received, and trying to estimate what was to come. However, they clarified that I received 1 $100 and 2 $50 rewards, which, would estimate a $60-70 reward pending, as the bonuses are taking into account deposit activity, wager activity, and engagement with their X.com social media.

Now I can understand confusing the 1st grievance (i.e. Lossback bonuses with my VIP host(s)), with the 2nd issue I brought up (X.com Social Media Engagement Event Bonuses and Communication avoidance). They're posted in the same thread. I have all the pictures together, etc.

I surmised that holydarkness wanted ALL of my evidence/information condensed and sent to him because he asked as much, I didn't think it would be even further confused and making this now ridiculously unmitigable clusterfuck worse. But, I can only clarify when possible.

For anything regarding lossback bonuses from VIP hosts, I concede as the public platform worked flawlessly for the aggravating party into further disseminating more hopelessly incorrect assumptions and accusations into the initial issue. It was fairly simple, but I guess not, and in the spirit of removing clutter and unnecessary issues from the matter at hand, i no longer have any further comment on LOSSBACK VIP HOST ISSUES.


And so I make myself as crystal fucking clear as humanly deemed possible:

I surmised that holydarkness wanted ALL of my evidence/information condensed and sent to him because he asked as much, I didn't think it would be even further confused and making this now ridiculously unmitigable clusterfuck worse. But, I can only clarify when possible.

For anything regarding lossback bonuses from VIP hosts, I concede as the public platform worked flawlessly for the aggravating party into further disseminating more hopelessly incorrect assumptions and accusations into the initial issue. It was fairly simple, but I guess not, and in the spirit of removing clutter and unnecessary issues from the matter at hand, i no longer have any further comment on LOSSBACK VIP HOST ISSUES.

THE ISSUE I WISH TO ADDRESS; WHETHER EVIDENCE OR COMMENTARY ABOVE SHOWCASES DATED AND NO LONGER RELEVANT PAST GRIEVANCES; IS AND ONLY IS THE SELF-DESCRIBED AND SELF-SCHEDULED (FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF BC.GAME SUPPORT'S X.COM ACCOUNT ON SOCIAL MEDIA) FINAL BONUS STILL TO BE AWARDED TO ME, OF WHICH ITS VALUE CAN ONLY BE CONFIRMED BY THE X.COM ACCOUNT EMPLOYEE OF BC.GAME WHO EXPLAINED OF THE AWARD'S EXISTANCE, WHICH ACCORDING TO THE TIMELINE SPECIFICALLY OUTLINED AND QUOTED (AGAIN DIRECTLY BY THE AFOREMENTIONED EMPLOYEE) WAS TO BE AWARDED NEARLY 3 WEEKS AGO, AND HAS ONLY BEEN IGNORED AND SUMARILY DISREGARDED BY ANY EMPLOYEE OF BC.GAME SINCE THE X.COM ACCOUNT EMPLOYEE STOPPED COMMUNICATING ON AUGUST 14TH.

I hope the ridiculous level of clarification makes this easier, but past experience shows once again I will have my intention of being overly informative and descriptive be wielded against me for strategic advantage  and to discredit or hopelessly confuse all who enter this conversation.

Ironically, your long text and [rather unnecessary] all-caps paragraphs above doesn't clarify and/or make things cristal clear. I'll appreciate if you can give a direct answer, perhaps a simple and short one will be better to serve the needs: do the loss-back amount [200 USD] clearly stated by your host or is it an assumption you made?

I am here to help to get to the bottom of this.

If they made a clear statement and that the amount dued to you were yet to be fully paid, be it due to a change of assigned host or a misunderstanding, or other reason, I'll try to get in touch with my contact on BC and get this sorted out. But if the amount was your assumption, and they were [we suppose] actually fulfilled their obligation, then there isn't much that anyone can do.

I'll appreciate a clear answer, so I can proceed accordingly.

I think my long written explanation of the issue at hand clearly addresses you point:

Btw, whether you had anything to do with it or not (My guess is the continuing exposure I gave to the issue on any and all platforms frequented by BC.Game employees and/or consultants) this issue has finally been resolved, and since you're more concerned with stirring the pot rather than clamoring to take credit for the resolution of this topic, I'd like to thank BC.Game for finally issuing said bonus, and ask holydarkness to perhaps focus more on resolution rather than public relations.

I tried to understand your situation and get a clear answer [something like "yes, it's explicitly mentioned" or a "no, I just assume it'll be USD 200, given the first-and-second and third was 100 and 50"] of which after I get a confirmation that the host made a mistake [assuming the answer is a "yes" in any kind of form, completely disregarding whether it's the host issue, but rather whether BC still owed you certain amount or not] I'll try to get in touch with my BC contact and get the amount due paid.

Yes, the situation will be simple if you gave me that short answer. Instead, we got a wall of text, that barely address the question in a straight or clear answer, rather a way to --I realize now-- say "no, it's not explicitly stated, I made a mistake of assuming".
