Please don't ever use Taxnode for filing ITR

They tricked me and now I am getting calls from their goons. They will call you and the next thing they will do is to ignore your requirements.

When you start calling their team they will show you as in call from the tram or from the CA. Ultimately they will never file your ITR even after submitting all the documents.

If you question them they as in the team will call you to threaten you to get the money. This is what I experienced and neither I was able to file my return nor ai will be able to now.

If you still want to go ahead with 3rd party services then cleartax is more convenient one. I have used their service previously (for free) and it was quite easy to file ITR.

Filing taxation was pain in the ass in the old days but now everything made into online we can submit all the necessary documents along with tax payments by ourselves, we only need auditors to get these documents and just pay their fees. It is never good idea to use online platform for tax audits, he we have our auditor do the job since my father days so better find some at your locale and it's better if they have an idea about crypto taxation.

Thanks for the recommendation! I am not going to use any third-party services as I have learned the hard way. I used Taxnode because they were excellent last year but after my recent experience, I feel it better to do it myself. The reason why I used that shit based in Bangalore is because I did not have the time to do it myself but now I know and I am going to make that shit of a company suffer. They haven't refunded the money they took for filing my ITR and most probably they will not. If they do not then I am going to take legal action against them which will dent their reputation to the extent that they will remember me.

I used to do it in the past all by myself I do not think you understand how many years I have been in the forum. I used to file my own ITR related to crypto earnings before 2022 the Tax law came into existence. Now, I am not that guy who had time to take care of ITR shit. People do grow and become busy, that was the reason why I went ahead and used the same third party that did file my returns in the last financial year.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, I file my taxes on my own, this is possible for salaried individuals but not for those owning a business.
Please do go forward with your legal approach because such goons need to be taught a lesson.

Once again, if you are running a business and need professional help for taxes, hire a CA. Though I myself have zero experience in that or about their fees.

Thanks for letting us know about this scam website. But to be very honest, the tax filing process has become very easy nowadays. Why do you need an intermediary agency to file your taxes? I understand that you maybe earning from multiple sources and you may have difficult text computation. In that case, hire a local chartered accountant to file your tax.

I understand that some people Neetu audit their accounts before they can file taxes. You you can then file your Texas before 31st October. So you have time in your hand and do not trust any random third party agency with your financial documents.

Now I am confused about the ITR filing date. I was under the impression that the last date was 31st July and that the date has not been extended by the government. I did come across an article wherein the CA association from different states urged the government to extend it but unfortunately, they did not succeed. I am not sure why you are saying that I still have time.

In the meantime, these scammers have now stopped responding to my calls. They did tell me on the 31st night at 10 pm that I would be getting a refund of my amount. However, it has been two days and the amount has not been refunded. I have their start-up India ID which they are still displaying on their website. Can I take legal action using that ID I am not even sure they exist now.

As far as I know, what he means is that if you have an auditing firm then the date to submit your audit is 31st October.
If you own a business or a profession which has a turnover of 1 cr or 50 lakhs respectively then you need to go for auditing.
But if your income is less than that then you need to go for ITR filing which had the end date of 31st July.

Thanks for the explanation but I do not fall under those categories. I am aware of the consequences of filing an ITR late whereas this thread was meant for anyone new to this industry to understand what can happen if they use a third party like the one I used. It is better to make time and file the ITR all by themselves which I will be doing after this incident.

After too many unprecedented conversation with a shit of an individual I was able get my money. Now, the next step for me is to put a case against these scammers and to make them believe that I am not a shit show. What I am going to do will not be pleasent for them.

Butt if we fill the tax by yourself it maybe difficult at first try but eventually after learning from other it's not that difficult

Let me be frank on this topic of mine! When you have a company doing the filing why would I need to know how filing works. I believed in the same principle and they fucked me as they have got a team of goons who will try to ensure that the money that is being paid stays with them.

I as a fuck gave them the money and they made me regret. I will now be filing my return in the later dates with penalties. Those fuckers will not be paying it from their pockets and it did took a lot of time to get my money back. I recently got my money refunded but that is not good.

I had an intuition about it when that bitch call centre girl started ignoring my issue and gave me so many excuses. I am so much frustrated but I know where to hit these assholes which I am going to do next year.

Edit: Please ignore my profanity as it is a way to express my emotions and thier integrity for their customers. I will make them really realize how bad they are with their job.
