This is one of the projects I have followed the most and I was confident that it would be the most capable of competing with the Ethereum network, especially its ability to overcome the problems that Ethereum has been stuck in for a long time in development complications before it was able to overcome them, including the speed of transactions and high fees in addition to other development problems.

Well now Avalanche has announced release of the Visa card for crypto payments. If you can pay with Visa now you can pay with the card with the crypto currencies WAVAX, USDC, and sAVAX.
It is not linked to normal bank accounts. And there is no points to be taken form your credit score. Avalanche does also have a new partnership with Chainlink.

Yeah, it is great but it is not new at the same time, so this could contradict on the effect that it will get. As for the card that combines the best of both world, he just said it was Visa that Chainlink now supports. If you don't like it and prefer other brands of cards, then you can check out other cryptos with same functionality/card support. Just search them up.

Huh, what do you mean? Are you talking about brand of cards here? But, I think all have the same function. The better question would be is which of them has more bank/ATM support. To answer this, Visa and Mastercard are great competitors but I think I haven't tried using a Visa yet. So, I would still go for Mastercard.

Sounds like smoke and mirrors for publicity stunt.

Just holding the token isn't a legal contract. Or if it is, you would need to configure that token in a way that wouldn't even resemble normal permissionless tokens, again rendering the token meaningless.

Adding the token to legal contract is just extra work and this is in no way more beneficial or faster compared to closed centralized system.

While they are trying to do something, as long as people are not interested in what they do, how important what they do is, or what the yare doing ,doesn't really matter at all. We are going to only care about what they are doing only if people are hyping it up and causing the price to go up as well. Things aren't always that easy, and we can't make this change anytime soon neither. Focusing on the wrong thing could cause a lot of issues for people, and this is one of those situations.

AVAX is doing stuff that will not make a lot of people care about it and this is why we are going to see AVAX not go up neither. If they do not do that, then we are going to just not care about it neither, it is as simple as that.

I bought before the first peak of 2024, so it was a good moment to buy, because right after there was a major pump in crypto market, but as soon as Bitcoin got stucked a lost traction, AVAX never recovered anymore on the same proportion Bitcoin has been doing so far. To say the truth, I'm regretful for having bought AVAX, as the results just didn't match the expectations.

I hope the price rises more yet soon, so I can finally sell this altcoin for profit and focus in more promising projects of crypto market.

Sorry about your experience. AVAX is still a promising project — however, there are plenty of competitions in the market right now. Even ETH which is the OG smart contract platform is struggling against newer cats. AVAX will get it's turn when the time comes . For instance, TON and ADA got some traction this weekend and ran hard. The same effect might happen to AVAX.

I don't hold any AVAX and haven't own even 1 AVAX in the last 2-3 years but I'm betting it would do well because their chain is currently the #1 gaming chain.
