You usually don't, especially if you yourself are aware that you didn't participate in anything and therefore has had no rewards to be received anytime soon. Even if there was, pretty sure you'd at least be aware of what it is and the amount it entails.

And I'm not sure how airdrops of today work in telegram in the first place but don't token transfers usually happen without any need of "connecting" your wallet to anything? And even if there was, again, you'd be aware of what you're connecting to.

There are some offers that were too real for us to believe that they were truth, we have to make it our own duty or responsibility towards identifying which one we should go for and which other ones should we avoid, it majorly depends on the developers as well, if they are trusted base on past experience of other users working with them or not, some can be a complete waste of time and will not reward, if care is not taken, they may ended scamming as well on some of their participants who were vulnerable.

Op did well by bringing up this here because he's definitely not trusting the airdrops as the seems too good to be true, one thing I would ask myself if I find something of this nature is; what exactly did I do for the team to get rewarded with such amount? which I know for sure I'm just participating in an airdrop I wouldn't take any of this kind of offer seriously because they are definitely joking with our time.

Infact we should be more careful with airdrops especially this time around because scammers are out looking for vulnerable people to victimize, and from a clear point this is definitely not going to be a good airdrop.

Since notcoin was successful scammers would attach such successful name of coin to there scams in order to make it more convincing and attractive to beginners or vulnerable people in the space.

I have already received those bot notifications. Even though i blocked it since the first time, i still receive notifications. This is too good to be true so it's obviously a scam. I advice everybody not to follow those shady offers or connect your wallet to any unknown third part app. Telegram has always been a perfect space for scammers..

The main Notcoin airdrop has been done around April this year and has been listed in some exchanges which a lot of participants benefited from it. Any other now claiming to be a Notcoin airdrop is just an imposter scammers who are trying to feed on the ignorance of new crypto enthusiasts who are just coming into the ecosystem.

They are very good at what they do by finding other avenue to get their notifications sent even after getting blocked. I urge you don't get tired of blocking and also reporting such notifications source.

Your story proves my analysis of the issue because there is currently a second batch of Airdrop Dogs which was supposed to have ended around May. Then a few weeks ago, they started a second campaign and the token was actually listed on Bitget Pre-Market for a short period during which some lucky people were able to make some profits since the price in that small market is considered very good, before they closed the deposits.

Almost the same approach is used by scammers with Notcoin since there was a previous airdrop campaign. Now they claim that they are distributing to Telegram users like the Airdrop Dogs campaign.
What is interesting is that I started receiving these notifications from scammers after I installed the Airdrop Dogs bot. Does this mean that the scammers devs are the same Devs behind Dogs airdrop? Or is it possible for scammers to get access to users who installed Dogs bot? Note that the claims say that Dogs is the native telegram token.

Obviously, it's a scam bot. If you're connecting your wallet, then it will drain all of your money in your wallet. Just never try to connect any ton wallet to this kind of scam BOT. NOT is not giving rewards anymore other than through doing tap-tap activities. Also, that message is too good to be true.

It is very obvious if the creator of the bot is only luring you to fall into his trap. It's not even worth trying. Anything that offers free money is a scam. It seems scammers are now moving to Telegram too.

Yea, the rate of scam in telegram this days has nothing to compared with,telegram has become a comfortable place for scammers to do their scamming activities but reading through the message sent to the op by the bot, one will easily know that suvht  message is emanating from scammers because the message looks very convincing and as such if one is nut careful he or she can fall to such antics of scammers, am very happy that they op shared this to get a feedback before thinking of  what to do next, i believe that other people has learnt too in case they experience such in the future.

I guess there is no one who has not received messages from fake accounts that are exact copies of the administrators and other responsible people. People do not care about the evil they do while trying to make money the easy way. When did we become so evil? Maybe they are stealing the last money of a student who invested his last money in cryptocurrencies, who knows? I can no longer trust anyone because of these people. This is just one of the dozens of things that damage our sense of trust. Do not pay attention to such messages from Telegram, they are 99.9% scam.

My candid advice for you is to run for your money, this is too good to be true. Many people will still fall victim but I wonder why people are this gullible. At first look, I immediately think that it was a scam but then it says that; 'the system analyses your balances', but is it really your balances? And it seems that you already connected your wallet on it before? Because they also said to reconnect your wallet again. That's alarming and who knows? Maybe they already infected your wallet or device by some malware which can threaten your cryptos, just in case they are not legit.

I think for your safety, you need to transfer all your possessions now into a new wallet in a new device. Then you can reformat that previous device before you can use it again and next time if you want to do an airdrop, it would be better to use a separate device and wallet that are not being used elsewhere.

Also, as far as I know, legit airdrops don't usually held in the Telegram app but it was on a separate platform/website. When I was still active in doing airdrops, I only did them in Airdropalert, Coinmarketcap, and of course on our beloved forum 'Bitcointalk' . Not just airdrops but did you know that Telegram was known as the scammer's hideout? I hope Telegram will look at this issue and continue on improving their security more, if they still want more people to use their service.

because there are so many airdrops that appear on telegram, and so all need precise precision, to follow the entry into the system it seems necessary to observe every step we take, to join the telegram airdrop bot, but the need to filter each program or not follow it, if the program you follow is not clear or do not understand it to follow, as long as you don't spend money to enter the airdrop I think it's okay, it's just that working on it will take up all your time.

Telegram is a hub for scammers and I'm very careful whenever I'm transacting anything there. As most members have noted, the image from the OP is obviously from a scammer and the best thing to do is ignore and move on otherwise there's high chances of emptying his wallet. Any knowledgeable person in cryptocurrency will see the red flags, only newbies and greedy fellows will fall for the trap. Ofcourse it's too good to be true, nobody will hand out that kind of money for free and that's the first red flag for me, scammers will go to any length to entice greedy people with too good to be true offers and scam for their ignorance.

No way. The last airdropped I participated, I received less than $5 when I traded the token, this is outright scam this is to temp you to connect your wallet and you could possibly lose everything on your wallet, no airdrop will give you that amount this time.
