Good day!

I run a large private currency exchange office specializing in servicing significant volumes of transactions. Due to the growth of our business, we are facing an increase in the cost of swap fees. In this regard, we are considering the possibility of optimizing our processes.

The main goal is to reduce the operating costs associated with swap fees by entering cryptocurrency exchanges. We are considering various ways, including partnering with a company that has a VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) crypto license. We believe that this can simplify processes and reduce costs.

Key questions for you:

1. VASP license: How justified is cooperation with a VASP-licensed company? What pros and cons do you see in this solution?
2. Alternatives: What alternative strategies are there to reduce fees and improve exchange conditions?
3. Experience and recommendations: How many of you have already gone through the process of optimizing commission costs? What steps and approaches have proved to be the most effective?

I will be grateful for any advice, recommendations and personal experience.

Thank you in advance!
