@epoc02, you should move this topic to the "Currency exchange" board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0). You can find the "move thread" option at the bottom left corner of the page.

I need £10 worth of bitcoin and all exchanges have an age limit or a minimum amount to purchase.

Not all exchanges have an age limit I think you were talking about centralized exchanges because it requires KYC.
If you want to exchange or buy crypto you should try to buy in decentralized P2P exchanges it doesn't require KYC so you can put any age you want.

Check the non KYC exchanges here https://kycnot.me/
Take note of two unstoppable and Bisq that most people use.

I have checked it out so even if you wanted to buy on the exchange, there are fews which edge limits is below the €10 worth of bitcoin as requested..

Binance, Gimi and Coinbase has minimum average purchase of bitcoin values at $1 to $5 which means there are possibilities for €10 purchase of bitcoin.

But then, the level of his account is being considered. Let it be known conciously that procession of the the transaction requires charges which might the fraction the bitcoin purchase  order.

There are many exchanges (both decentralized and centralized exchanges) that are having lightning network. He can first use lightning network to accumulate and later use bitcoin address instead.

I don't see the point of buying 10€ worth of Bitcoins, but if you want I can give it to you.

You might not make sense of this but but, it means a lot to the user. Probably testing the waters and this little amount could be all the user needs to get acquainted with how it’s done.
Although OP, this isn’t how it’s done. You don’t need to shout out to the forum or everyone because you want to buy few fractions of Bitcoin.

That’s what the exchanges could help you archive. I see your under 18years of age from previous comments but, you don’t need age to own a non custodian wallet neither do all exchanges requires you of a KYC.

You might use a non KYC wallet to archive this buy and have it sent to your non custodian wallet. Then you can border about security or keeping your seed phrase safe/secret.
