Both of you, have you checked you tried to login using the same wallet address? While I wait for your response, I already sent a message to the management to check if anything is wrong from their side.

Go to bookies & select which match you want to bet on, then a pop-up will appear to confirm your bet, there you will find a box that says "Free Bet" next to it, tick that box to confirm your bet using "Free Bet". You can see the example in the image below:

I thought this would happening only with me but seems you are also facing the same issues. May be wallet need to have the Matic?
