It's quite interesting to know that sometimes when we place bets and it beginning to go in our favor. We just get tempted to cash out. You won $83 approximately because you stickied to your instinct of not cashing out $18 approximately which shows that you took the risk of being patient with your luck to play out in full. If the money that is available for cash out is substantial, then that is when the gambler should take the win like that and not rely on luck. Unless the money is too small that is available then he can spare to risk it by waiting till the end of the game. I don't see it as misleading though because everyone has what they intend to use their wins for. This gave them the right to choose if they wanted to cash out the wins they saw rather than waiting to win the entire money. In as much as there is no assurance that if the game is left till the end, they will lose then there is hope that they can win the game if they leave it till the end too.
