I have been blocked all of a sudden from the platform Rollbit, with a 481 USDT pending withdrawal all of a sudden. They sent me the following message:

"Your Rollbit account has been permanently disabled as you are accessing our services from a restricted region.

Please read the following information as it pertains to your ban today:
- You are, as of now, no longer permitted on Rollbit.com.
- We've made it as difficult as possible for you to return to Rollbit but if those measures are circumvented, any accounts will be closed without warning and balances forfeit.
- Rollbit will not be held liable for any losses or damages that occurred as a result of circumventing any ban or geographical restrictions.

They are not telling me what is going to happen with my withdrawal funds, that come from a deposit 5 min before they blocked me and not from wager into their platform, since immediately I got disconnected without being able to access to my account or see my history. They are not replying anymore to my messages

I access from Spain, never had any issue in these weeks, I am ok to not be able to use their platform the law is the law, but removing my account immediately with a pending withdrawal coming not from a wager but from a deposit I made 5 min before the block seem really unfair to me. Still didnt mention what is going to happen with my withdrawal

I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Posting here in the open forum may nudge them to pay.

I wonder if when they say "and balances forfeit.", do they mean it includes the initial deposits? I remember them returning initial deposits before when an account is banned but maybe they have rules when it comes to geographical restrictions. it would be nice if their representative could clear this up.

Good to know that you understand why they've banned your account and that you accept their decision. This means you didn't intend to breach their terms and this can help in your case.
If you didn't breach any other term of their ToS then there is a high chance they will let you withdraw your initial deposit. Try sending their PR a pm to inform him about your case. Here is the link to his profile:

You think it is unfair for you getting banned for playing from a restricted country? You are saying that you understand their decision and you are fully mistaken about what you did, then I believe your topic is pointless. I still cannot understand how some people are able to play from restricted areas, yet even accessing to the platform is easy , either using a VPN or not, you are fully responsible to check their rules and agreeing to them before making an account and a deposit.

It’s a lesson for you, next time you better choose a casino which accepts your country. I also believe this is your second account and topic about this matter, or there are two similar cases in a very short period.

I'll send him a PM for you. BUT... know that: you violated their ToS by accessing from Spain, be it non-deliberately or you know and still choose to try to play, and you're in profit position and your recent deposit is way below the sum you earned from them. I'm not saying the amount "deserve" to be confiscated, just saying that the likelihood of them returning that sum of fund, no matter how small it is to them, is somewhat minimal with your current PnL. I'll try to do what I can do, but please don't hold your breath.

And if you'll be so kind to satisfy my curiosity, hasn't such pop-up appear on your screen when you try to access them?

I didn't play but I tried accessing a Sportsbook that seems to have a UK license using the free VPN OPERA browser provided and I can access it(check the image below). that being said, people who aren't residents/living in the UK won't be able to create an account on the website without providing fake information since it was required to be included when registering an account.

Sometimes they let you access the site but they won’t allow play with a VPN. I go to sites in regions that I can’t play to look at lines. MGM definitely won’t allow play from restricted areas. A VPN won’t work to play.

OP, as promised, I invited Razer here to give his opinion about this, and as I've also inform you in prior, I believe there is not much that can be done, nor to expect a return, as your case is a clear cut of ToS violation. With Razer's explanation above and the nature of this case [which actually doesn't need his clarification, but I still invite him to formalize it], I'll mark this one as resolved. I know it's far below your expectation, but it is what it is, and I hope you can understand why this happens.
