  • Stopping all price update notifications
  • Deleting exchange apps (if you have them on an exchange)
  • Not playing too much on the internet
  • Focusing on the real world
  • Keeping myself busy doing physical activities

Are there any other ways you can suggest?
With all this your suggestions here, you should have added we should stop living our normal life, just because we invest in bitcoin, as if we are the first to do so. Grin Grin

For you to panic anytime the market is crashing, it shows that you are not doing something right,  which is very clear, because if you are investing only what you can do away with or what you can afford to lose, you will not be panicking when you already knows the characteristics of bitcoin.

Volatility is not what any investor that is doing the right thing will get himself worried for, because he believes that even though his investment did not later go as expected, he will still be ok emotionally and financially.

anyone who is into panic because the price of Bitcoin is decreasing in the market it is basically shows is still a novice in cryptocurrency investment especially in Bitcoin investment, as someone who invest in Bitcoin you don't need to consider all these things you listed, you need to conserved in mind but the price of Bitcoin can crash at any time and the price can also recover to each state at any time so therefore we don't need to panic because panicking can make you to be in depression so just have it in mind that it is the nature of the business they bitcoin price always fluctuate,
Although panicking is basically for people who may not have a clear understanding or perhaps not knowledge as you said, but every other can also panic especially traders or will I say short term investor with high expectations on a short while, but the question to ask is, if Bitcoin was ever created to be stable, what makes  bitcoin a a specail investment is the reocuring opportunities for investors to buy at any given time, and one of the important thing to note is that dumps does end the investment, it only affect the stash of Bitcoin in ones portfolio temporarily, and goes back as it was before on even higher than expected on a long-term, so dumps should be seen as an opportunity to buy as much as we can, at a comfortable and reduced price, instead of panicking.

That is just the fact. If someone has been in the crypto industry for a long time and understands certain things about how Bitcoin works, they are hardly going to panic just because the price of Bitcoin decreases or continues to decline. They know that it is normal for the Bitcoin market to behave that way, so there is nothing to be scared of for investors who take the right steps before investing in Bitcoin.

For instance, they invest with money they don't need for a long period. Most of the time, people panic not because of anyone else, but because they have made the wrong decision by investing money that they are not supposed to invest in Bitcoin, such as money they plan to use in the nearest future. Some even go as far as investing money that doesn't belong to them, thinking that the price of Bitcoin may increase within a short period. However, if the market doesn't move in their favor, they will start to panic. As a result, because they don't want to lose more money, they will start thinking about selling and may eventually sell their Bitcoin investments at a loss.

One of the things that makes it easier is setting goals as to what you would sell. And not having to make that decision during a crash. Just because the price has dropped. Does not necessarily mean that your original investment thesis has shifted. But if new information comes in that warrants a re-thinking of your thesis you should do so. I would also not use borrowed money or money that I would need to pay living expenses with. As it would be very difficult to keep my cool if I was in a financial situation. DCA is a good strategy for some investors over a long period of time, but it's not for everyone, and it's only suitable for those with a lower risk tolerance and who have the financial means to invest in this manner. The idea is not to pull out of the market entirely. It's to not be afraid to make a decision.

Basically, experience teaches you a lot. Once we have the experience, this shouldn't be an issue anymore. We should already be well aware of the conditions in the crypto market. It is always fluctuating. Volatility can be extremely high or relatively moderate. Because of this, we ought to be mentally prepared so that we don’t end up stressed.

That’s understandable if we're new to this. But, if we are around for a while and still find yourself constantly stressed, it might be a good idea to take a break. Just calm yourself down and step away from the crypto market for a while.

I think the best way to avoid stress during a market crash is to have mindset that ihave done this investment for long term and also never invest in market more than you can afford to lose. Market crashes are just normal part of the market, and instead of panicking, we should avoid going to the exchange and also avoid making emotional decisions. If u take a break from checking the market conditions will also help u alot. And also u should busy yourself in something physical. If you try these things u will probably relieve stress during market crashes.

All the points you have noted are quite effective but I would suggest you to try to keep yourself busy in some way. Because only when you are busy you can forget about the market but if you are spending idle time then you will keep visiting the market again and again. And you should not be alone at that time because when someone is alone he thinks more about things which can be harmful for him like checking the market again and again and trading frequently or gambling. So you should never be alone at that time. But it would be best to spend time with friends who are not serious about crypto and at that time no one will discuss crypto.

At the beginning of investing, you have to set up your mindset in such a way that even if the market falls, there will be no regrets or remorse. Because before investing in Bitcoin, we should invest in a long-term plan to hold it. We should avoid short-term plans to invest in Bitcoin. When we plan to invest in Bitcoin for the long term, if the market falls in the meantime, we will not have any regrets. Of course, all the things you mentioned are perfect to reduce unnecessary worries.

The only way to destress upon wild numbers is to me to recognize not all numbers are equally significant.  Sometimes the lowest number is thrown out be nessecity to a market struggling to find buyers and that can mean fear is apparent and the sentiment of the sell has peaked.
