The thing is most of these big players do not sell off their players or even decide to take this players in, it is usually in the summer the most of these marquee signings are done in  the summer so for me I don’t see the clubs doing any major signing’s as such it is the mid table clubs that we can expect to make signings this winter but that doesn’t rule out the top clubs signings too. Most of the clubs will rather result into loaning of the players than to sign them. For galatasaray I see them not doing much of anything but rather trying to keep their current players like Victor Osimhen as they look good with current squad to contend for the title
