Even though Spurs won, I do not see either team to be better next season. This season will be tough for teams, i feel the players coming into clubs are really good and quality while already existing players not up what the club needs are making plans for their departure, if all teams effort in preparing their squad then competition for title will be tough to decide.

It is as if you mean Manchester United don't deserve winning the Europa league because you think if they had won it they won't be very fit to compete I'm the champions league.  In football you can't really tell what will be the performance of a team in the future,  even Tottenham spurs who won the Europa league finals , you never can tell what their performance would be like in the Champions league. This comment surprises me because based on the last 10 years, Tottenham slightly outplayed Manchester United in the Premier League with their peak performance reaching 86 points in 2016, 2017 and yes that is a long time ago, but since then Tottenham and Manchester United were about the same. One season Tottenham had the better finish, the other season Manchester United had the better finish.

The United team needs reshuffling of the players if they want to get a positive result next season, starting from the goal keeper who is one of the reasons they couldn't win most of their games should be replaced and the players that are not helping the team changed and replaced with the players that will be ready to represent the team and be proud of the club.

Both sides have a lot of work to do in the transfer window of this summer. I understand that every team no matter how strong eventually experience struggles at some point but a big club like Manchester United going down as much as finishing 17th and 15th is unacceptable, I expect both teams to at least begin their rebuild process.
