Monorix.com is a website that claims to be related to a web3 game and NFT collection, their airdrop is based on a telegram mining bot. Actually, this project has been completed and users can now be asked to Wthdraw. But however there are several indications that show that this is a scam:

1. High gas fees: you have to send around 1 TON for the gas fee and that doesn't make sense. The estimated price of gas fees in TON only ranges around 0.002 - 0.1
2. After paying the gas fee, a notification will appear "Sorry, you can withdraw until -1 days -1 hours -15 minutes" and that is a really scam indication
3. Unreasonable token income from airdrop mining

Yesterday, there was Lottefi and even older is xBlast which uses the same method, namely high gas fees for withdrawals. Even though the token has been listed on the dex, that does not guarantee that when it is listed on the exchange the price will remain that same, and not necessarily swappable.
This is exactly like xBlast, when lots of people buy it, suddenly the price drops straight to 0.

It's like they gave different users different amounts, which they will have to pay before being eligible for withdrawal.
 
Someone contacted me this morning in need of a Ton coin, and the purpose was to pay this fee with the hope of withdrawing the accumulated token, which looks too good to be true to me. Checking the current price, it's worth about $1500+, which is not a small amount to give out for just passing a fee task in a few minutes.
 
I have paid for a telegram airdrop withdrawal fee of up to $5 in TON coin before, but it was worth it as I was able to withdraw the token immediately and cover up what I spent. But this project right here looks sh*t to me. I advise my guy to proceed with caution by waiting for those who have paid the fee to withdraw first before he can take the risk of depositing any TON coin to the airdrop dashboard.

I understand your pains on this project but before joining the airdrop why didn't you makes this findings to know actually if this projects possess the quality you needed. Most times this telegram project of a thing is not that straight forward because since the hype is gradually moving over there lot of scammers has been building up to scam more people using the recent surge of the Ton coin. That is why you need to mind the airdrop you follows and immediately they requested for gas fee more than the expected then you should know they are scammers.

I was surprised then, I have to pay so much fee. I would definitely pay the 1.3 $TON fee if they let me withdraw tokens. Many people in my area have withdrawn tokens with 1.3 $TON, but I have not withdrawn tokens for now. I think they will scam, if not scam we could sell with instant token withdrawal. Let's wait and see what happens to those who have withdrawn tokens with such a fee. I earned about 7 million points by mining. But I'm surprised at the current market value of 17 million tokens. I think they can scam, so I don't feel the need to claim tokens with so many dollars.

All Ton projects are a waste of time honestly, most of the scam and useless projects they want to squeeze more from people by forcing you do the thing that you don't want to do at the end you'll regret.

Since it charges for a pretty expensive fee it is likely the same as Pixelverse who distributed Avatar NFTs asking for 1ton to mint the avatar that I think is worthless since most of the users regret playing their game because most of them didn't meet the eligibility even you are an active player they are trying to squeeze more to their players by giving out avatars that can be only withdrawn once you pay the fee.

This means there's no free airdrop on TON projects they are worthless the only success in TON is Notcoin and nothing else.

You are right, currently TON blockchain support projects are mostly scams. Actually we will participate in airdrop i will get free tokens and sell according to market value. But why do we have to pay so much fee to claim the token? I am willing to pay the fee, but a small amount. Currently there are TON blockchain support projects, what I realized from few airdrops is just wasting time but not paying.

This means there's no free airdrop on TON projects they are worthless the only success in TON is Notcoin and nothing else.

Yes, the Notcoin project was really good, you won't find a project like Notcoin anymore. Actually all projects are going viral for Notcoin now, everyone thinks all projects like Notcoin will pay, but no one is paying, just growing their community and demanding money from us as fees. So I also think that there is no need to pay more fees in Monorix project, just lose money. It is best to do what you feel is best.

You have already gotten the sign you want. If people have paid and have not been able to withdraw, then it's a clear indication that something is wrong with the project. Don't look at the worth of what you got because that's how they deceive people. They usually give out attractive packages intending to force you to bring the little you have. My suggestion is that you don't pay any fee; just keep observing the trend to see if it is fake or genuine. Some of these projects are not worth your time and money because they will end up with nothing but losses.

Let's say 1 million people are working on this AirDrop. Let's say they get paid every $1.3. 1 million people is $1,300,000. Now there are many projects that earn money from people with the promise of AirDrop. I recently looked at the estimated YouTube income of a Telegram game. It shows an estimated YouTube income of $6,500,000 per year. In fact, while people are waiting for AirDrop, these companies are making money from people's expectations. Normally, it is almost impossible to earn such money from YouTube, but when they get the power of the community behind them, they can easily earn high amounts of money from YouTube by increasing the number of views with their YouTube video tasks. A lot of scammers know the telegram mining bot is the new trend in the crypto world, and they will want to make use of the opportunity to scam people of their hard-earned money. If the Monorix team is requesting 1 ton as a fee before their users can withdraw their airdrop tokens to their wallets, it might be a scam because the transaction fee on the ton blockchain is low. The 1 ton they are requesting is already a red flag for me. For instance, imagine if 100,000 users of Monorix paid for the gas fee. The Monorix team would make a lot of money from its users if they were to scam them.

1.3 TON is like close to 7 dollars and this amount seems decent already for the majority of us. Many might be sceptical and that could be the reason on why the team lessens the transaction fees that are required like what you said there.

There are people who can afford it but it doesn't mean that all of them will now proceed because they know that they can still get infected by some kind of a malware or something once they push the transaction through apart from losing the money through the fees, if in case it was a scam (which is high likely) because this is not the first time I encountered a scheme like this but a lot of times already. Fortunately, I haven't fall on it yet because I already have enough experience especially when it comes to these things.

Well said, as from my own view as well, i think its a scam project because the demand they make is too much for an ordinary earner to be able to withdraw the token, what they are doing is not fair enough to their participants, assuming if Notcoin did the same like this, maybe they wouldn't have made the fame up to this extent, sometimes, when people work for you, then you need to retain their loyalty by rewarding them as they have all deserved in case of next time, i also support that no one should pay yet, we should be careful not to fall a victim on such scam projects.
