For a month bookmaker.eu does not withdraw my funds

On July 11, 2024 I wanted to withdraw some funds. For withdrawal support asked me to send a photo for verification to control@bookmaker.eu
After verification they wrote me that I should send other photos to kyc@bookmaker.eu.
On July 14 I sent a photo, on July 16 I sent an additional photo that I was asked to take.
On July 17 I was asked to fill out a withdrawal form.
It's been over two weeks now, no response. I've emailed kyc@bookmaker.eu twice (last time on July 21), still no response. I wrote to cs@bookmaker.eu and cryptofees@bookmaker.eu, no response.
I was told several times in chat that I would be contacted, it's been over a week, I still haven't been contacted.
I have not received any additional information since July 17.
I want action to be taken to resolve my problem.

You may not trust the positive reviews on rating sites because they can be bought but it is good to believe in negative ratings.

Bookmaker/BetCris were one of the best books in the world until recently. They take large wagers and don’t ban or limit major markets. There have been a rash of slow pays even for small amounts. Their KYC is almost as crazy as that of Stake with the information that they now ask. As Osho said, they don’t have a rep here. You’ll get paid but no idea when.

as others have mentioned, they have no reputation here and their representative has been inactive since 2018, you could try posting a complaint on casino.guru(as someone already mentioned) but I am not really sure if they handle issues or if it has something to do with sportsbooks/sportsbetting. anyway, you can also try reaching out to them through their Twitter account, they seem to be active on their Twitter account.

Maybe they were popular else where, but certainly not in this forum. Regardless of how good it was to your friends, I think other external reviews should also be taken into consideration before using the casino

External reviews are always good to look at. If you take a poll here, the book with the most signatures comes out on top. The order here will be close to the number of signatures. The order everywhere else would be different in polls. I’m talking the sportsbook opinion, not casino play.
