I have a wallet with $15 USDT that I want access to but I can't send it where I want it because I don't have any ETH. I will send you $5 USDT if you send me enough ETH to cover 2 transactions. It is about $1.10 fee right now so $3 should cover it.
It is not that much, to be honest, and if you can use swap websites like exch.cx if ever you have other altcoins that you can exchange and convert them to become ETH for your gas fee, it's much better. I've seen generous forum members that give this gas fee to people that are in need of it but with your reputation, I guess that you'll have a hard time for it so fund your own wallet with your own money so you can move your USDT.
