So I filed out this Promotion form Heybets.io had offering transfer bonus to their casino. With my highroller status at another casino they offered me a $15,000 bonus with 2x rollover and only rules were no opposite betting. Like placing a bet on roulette where you bet on both red and black in a single round.  Which I did not do.

I also read their tos and addition bonus with rollover rules on their site in which they had a list of banned slots while using bonus rollover funds. I never played any of the banned slots. It also stated that while wagering bonus funds with rollover the maximum counted towards rollover each bet would only be $10. I far surpassed the 2x rollover.

From the initial $15k bonus balance I was able to run it up to $180k USD nowhere in the bonus terms given to me nor bonus terms or tos on their site was there a cap on what could be won from the bonus funds.

The only thing in their tos was that if we had not made a deposit to the site the most we could withdraw per month was $5,000. So I put in for a $5,000 withdrawl which required manual review. Something the person that sent me the bonus said they would clear and approve the withdrawl if no opposite betting occured which i did not do.

The person that said he would approved the withdrawl never did I even cancelled and reduced the amount of withdrawl requested. But 3 days later after first attempted to withdraw $5k as permitted by their TOS I could no longer login and my account deactivated. No communication or email explaining why.

I beleive because I followed all their terms and acted and played as their rules permitted they are 100% liable to me for that $180,000 USD in my account.

I have screenshots and everything of the attempted withdrawls the communication with them the balance in my account the big wins I had and on what games. Then finally the screenshot of me unable to log in account deactivated. I don't know how to add screenshots or I would.

The following is their message to me of the bonus and terms disclosed on telegram

Hi Ebitcoin1985,
My name is Gideon, and I’m a VIP Host at Heybets.

I noticed that you were one of the lucky accounts selected for our VIP status transfer. We have launched this exclusive limited-time offer because we often receive feedback that we are better than Stake and can offer superior bonuses. Since Stake’s bonuses have become quite low, we want to transfer high rollers from Stake to our platform, which is why we are offering you this exclusive cash bonus.

Thank you for already verifying your Stake account. For your Diamond 3 account, you will receive a $15,000 cash bonus at Heybets.
I have just topped up your Heybets ETH balance with the promised $15,000 bonus. 💰
The bonus comes with a very small 2x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

Please note that you can play all games with the bonus, including our top-rated sportsbook. The only restriction is that you cannot participate in opposite betting patterns, such as betting on both red and black in roulette.

Once you meet the wagering requirement (you can check your progress in your VIP Bonus Center), you can initiate a withdrawal. Usually, all withdrawals at Heybets are instant, regardless of the amount. However, I need to verify that you haven’t engaged in opposite betting before approving the bonus withdrawal manually. Just reach out to me here on Telegram, and I’ll approve it! ⚡️

Good luck, and let me know if I can help with anything else! 🍀

So does anyone know if there any action I can take against any court of law I can file suit in?

I don't know how to add screenshots or I would.
Just upload the screenshots to any image hosting service (I recommend using https://www.talkimg.com/) then post the links here.

Regarding your issue with HeyBets (never heard of it before, tbh), their transfer offer seems too good to be true.
There are many complaints against them on trustpilot and casino.guru from users who got banned after hitting big wins, just like you.
What' s really concerning is how they got your contact information and how they knew what's your Stake's VIP level?

So does anyone know if there any action I can take against any court of law I can file suit in?

This is the first time I’m hearing about this site and from the little search I did about them I found out that everything about them was a lie - once you enter the site they have a banner there claiming to have a perfect rating at casinoguru.com but on verifying it I saw that they had a rating of 2.7/10 and numerous complaints that remained unsolved.

I also visited BTCGOSU to see if they had a nice rating, so that @efialtis could try to reach out to them to come resolve this issue due to their reputation at stake but I also notice that they had a rating of 0.5/5 over there.

I doubt you’ll be able to get anyone to help you resolve this case and if you had carried out a little research on the site it would have prevented all this from happening in the first place.

At least he didn't lose any actual money. He just thought he was gambling with actual money. What he won was all from a transfer over from another casino bonus.

This casino is basically just doing this highroller transfer over promotion and the highrollers that lose the bonus and chase it put money in their pockets and the ones that win just don't get paid lol

It's good to hear it wasn’t actual money. This casino has a bad reputation, and their company, LFG Gaming N.V. license, has been suspended on Gaming Curaçao. Also, their poor ratings on review sites and complaints that I’ve seen on these sites and the official HeyBets accounts on social media regarding withdrawals, poor customer service, and account suspensions strongly indicate that this casino is not trustworthy as they are exploiting the Trustpilot and CasinoGuru logos.

As for your question above, I advise you to check out the discussions of this casino’s customers on the casino guru via this [link], where I found many customers who filed legal complaints against this casino in Curacao, and their experiences might be helpful for your case.

Heybets.io is owned and operated by LFG Gaming N.V , Reg No 162024, having its registered address at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curacao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curacao under license GLH-OCCHKTW0711122022. LFG Gaming N.V. payments can be processed by LFG GAMING LIMITED (Registration Number HE443087). Company Address: Avlonos, 1, MARIA HOUSE, 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus

I'm wondering how a 'Diamond 3' ranked player believes that a casino will give $15k free bonus money to a new user with just 2× rollover requirement. You must be an experienced gambler. The bonus itself says that you won't receive anything after completing the rollover requirements. Perhaps, HeyBets team was expecting you to loss the amount within a few bets, then continue your betting with big deposits. Which is a perfect scam plan. The good thing is that you haven't lost your own funds there.
