hi I used https://exchange.fulgurpay.com/. I wanted exchange ftn to usdt.

I sent 290 ftn to this address 0xdd7e963a6dcf30e66cb5593e746be530436572f9 . and tx id : 0x25842ff2519ee35dce2e63b2b9e32ca432e9057d7fcd2f3976b33cd67c5ef0bf

its about 725$

but I didnot receive tether.
 It took 4 days already .they dont solve problem.

Why not use well known exchanges? If you continue to use not well known exchanges for your money, know that you might be scammed again.

What network is this? ERC20, Polygon, or BEP-20? I checked all these networks and couldn't find any transaction ID you provided.

@Oshosondy If you ask me the same question, I use an exchange that isn't very familiar because it's the only place available where the token I want to trade can be traded. I think that's also the reason why OP used that exchange.

The Fasttoken (FTN) cryptocurrency has its own blockchain, FCRC20, and through the FTNSCAN explorer, you will find that the transaction indeed took place three days ago, as mentioned by the OP via Block 3374861.

According to CMC, FTN is already listed on many exchanges, such as Gate.io, MEXC, and Bitget. I have checked the Fulgurpay website, and it is clearly an exchange platform designed to target FTN token investors. However, I could not find any popularity around this platform in search engines, sufficient reviews, or any connection to the Fasttoken project, which also has its own exchange platform.

It seems that you, as the OP, contacted them on Telegram, but have you tried reaching out to them via Skype or email?

Next time go to Coinmarketcap and check the token/coin and the exchanges it is being traded on. You really need to do your own research before playing around with dubious exchanges that nobody has ever heard of.

Why did you decide to use a bad exchange instead of a popular one? If you plan to do a token exchange then you should look into using a good reputation exchange. Because your expected token is listed on some of the most popular exchanges, exchanges that have already been active in the crypto market for a long time. So sorry for your loss. I hope you will gather enough information about the exchange before depositing in the coming days and then depositing so that you don't face such losses again.

The site looks like new, and an instant exchange for ftn token. People cannot help you out here too since this service doesn't have representative here.

Try to be patient give them at least 7 days, if customer support is still responding then there's still a chance that your issue will be resolved.

Most likely through word of mouth or something similar. Looking at FTN community discord, fulgur brand seems a tad bit known as they did some bounties at some point. I can't say how many of the messages are authentic though.

Probably what op could do now is to make some noise as much as possible in FTN + general crypto communities and hope fulgur notice them. IIRC, I've seen some cases get solved even with shady brands if the case has been damaging enough for them.
