Tonight our NodeJS server failed and there was no trading.
We could only fix the problem in 6 hours.

We apologize, and will watch for this not to happen again!

September improvements

• We have paid a great deal of attention to interactive data update such as: oder list refresh, market list, active orders and balances. Optimized systems loads data instantly, which allows traders to always stay on top of market fluctuations.
• Personal orders' indicator was added to the general order list. An indicator, located to the right of the order, shows the number of your orders at the specified price.
• We have fixed mobile and Opera notification, which greatly facilitates mobile trading
• A new feature of hiding zero-balance coins was added to the Balance page
• Some minor amendments to UI were performed.

You guys have something screwy going on.. 

When I go to the dropdown menu "History->Trade History", everything from yesterday and before is backwards... 

All the trades listed as BUY were actually sells, all the trades listed as SELL were actually buys..   
I just verified this..  I had deposited 250,000 of a certain coin.  I subtracted all the things listed in my BUY history, and added all the things listed in my SELL history, and came up with the number of coins I currently have..  That is completely backwards!  I should subtract what I sold and add what I bought!  Please fix that!  its very confusing!

In the previous 7 days we have performed two updates, whereby we have fixed several UI errors, fine-tuned existing features and added Fiat

So here is the detailed spread of our updates

• USD: we began accepting USD and opened  markets for trade. We are currently in Beta testing phase. At the moment Users can replenish funds via Okpay and Payeer
• We have fixed display of transaction type in trading history
• Order processing issues related to DIEM, ZEIT and BUN coins withdrawal were resolved. Please note, that we have enabled withdrawal audit for the system, which blocks any withdrawal in case of audit errors. The audit was enabled to prevent leaks and fraud and proved to be useful when internal problems occurred within the coin’s wallet
• We have added USD to our  affiliate program. Referral banners can be found in the personal cabinet and can be used toward gaining referral program rewards
• Order placement interface was improved. Buying/selling differently priced coins can be done with a single click. A ≤ sign will now appear opposite to the buy order when the order meets several offers, while ≥ will appear when several offers are met for the sell order. By clicking on the sign, User will be able to see how many coins and at what price will be bought/sold
• Drop down window with all trading pairs for the coin is added to the balance page
• Withdrawal window interface was improved

it's very nice, people using vircurex should move here, but no volume...

i think you should consider adding more funding options, i think many people will be interested in buying their favorite alt coin with euros, dollar or other currencies.

just an idea, try partner with a payment processor or open bank accounts in a country not served yet by exchanges!
i'm sure some people want to open a bitcoin atm but don't have any exchange in their country. (i'm talking india and the like )

Good day, I have been writing to support since October about the the DIEM wallet deposit address being outdated both directly and via support tickets but there has been no reply. I am unable to generate a new address manually so I can only withdraw DIEM at the moment.

Also, I have been unable to withdraw IFC from the exchange for some time now. I am able to deposit it though.
