Still a general buy imo as we remain positive but below resistance.  Right now the BTC price action remains below the weekly average indicating a possible negative decline bias but this is almost a given while BTC is unable to beat resistance.   Medium and longer term I still think BTC is in a good area to accumulate with a continuation of prior positive action likely after we finish consolidating around the old ATH.

The 200 day average is flat to negative at the moment which shows the indecision for most of this year, I would not interpret that as negative but indevisive.   The positive I do see is the 50 day average is crossing right back above that 200 day, the old golden vs death cross dilemena.  I dont take it that seriously and never consider just one thing but its a good sign put it that way and I look to see other signs similarly indicating upwards there are a few presently at least if not more.

We have remained with the 50 day moving average below the 200 day average for some time, just after the 5th August sell off is when this occured.  Indicating a negative sell was quite possible and reasonable to be on alert for however what really has happened is recovery and that conclusion fits the 2 indicators reflecting positively now so a good fit for future gains if not now.
