Roobet's New VIP System is a SCAM. (ROOBET ARE SCAMMERS)

I can't believe what Roobet has done with their new VIP system. I've wagered over $50,000 on this site, and now they’ve reset my progress to zero, completely erasing all the benefits I earned over time. I lost thousands and now I’m treated like a new player with no compensation or acknowledgment of my loyalty.

Their support just keeps saying the new system is more rewarding, but that's irrelevant when I lost all my previous progress and rewards. This is nothing but a massive middle finger to loyal users like me.

And when I ask for any form of compensation, they just dismiss me with some generic response about their “improved” system. Really? Improved for who? Definitely not for those of us who’ve been here supporting them for years.

This isn’t right. I'm going to report this on BTC Talk, Trustpilot, and every other platform I can find. Roobet, you can't just rob your users of their hard-earned progress and get away with it. We deserve better.

I haven't gambled on their casino for a very long time and I am not familiar with their VIP but resetting gambler's progress on their VIP to implement their new VIP system without compensation sounds really bad. I wonder what forum members who are active on Roobet think about their VIP progress getting reset.

anyway, @OP can you share screenshots of your conversation with their support? it's not that I think that you are lying but it's better to back up your claims.

It's just my two cents.

In a business scheme, seem like not fair for the customer cause people need to earn those. IMO, they should count the wagering from the olds system to new system. However, no matter you are gonna to complain. You will lose cause their term & condition, especially these part

Like it or not, customers are based on these terms & conditions. Must take the L. Nothing you can do, just bad management by them (the things people can do make a review, and move on to other casino).

IDK why so hard to just give the user the rank, based on wagering from old system. It's simple even other casino offering "Transfer VIP Rank" from other casino promotion, just a bad move from the marketing team (they should thinks the effect) while changing old system to new system by resseting user progress waggering.

From my use of the site prior to the change, leading up to the change and since the change here are my takes:

- Rewards overall now are much higher and reward users actively using the site - and active users are what the site are looking for.
- Roobet offered essentially an additional monthly bonus/weekly bonus when this was introduced based on the users statistics in the month prior to the VIP system being changed, meaning that when the change was first implemented, recently active users were able to receive an additional chunk of rewards.
-OG users who previously wagered and are looking to come back after a long period may initially have less rewards than what they previously had, however with all the new bonuses such as Rank-Up Bonuses, Daily/Weekly/Monthly (these were already a thing), and also Boosts on the Rakeback %, it wouldn't take too long for users to already be receiving more in rewards than they previously had.


Definitely not a scam, however maybe unfortunate that you lost your rank badge.

I already mentioned this in their thread since I've been active on Roobet because of their art contest. Like you, my wager was reset. My wager was almost 10K USDT on Roobet, but at that time I didn't receive any amount even after the reset, so I just accepted it. The only thing that matters here is the wager progress. It seems like Roobet disregarded our wagers because of this new rewards system. Before, if you didn't play, you wouldn't get any rewards just like in the new program. In comparison, with Stake.com even if you don't play or wager, you can still receive monthly and weekly bonuses based on my experience.

Roobet didn't scam us it is just they reset our VIP program/progress.

It seems their announcement thread is not that really active, the OP's last online date was March last year. So, I mentioned this thread in Scam Accusation so they will see this and solve it as soon as possible.

They reset (VIP) rank of all user, which mean all of the user from 'Roobets' not only him. IMO, these is just bad management and movement by them there will be no refund or solved case. Cause not only him, but other people is also facing the same things for their VIP system in old system.

In old system, they are using "LEVEL From 1-10" now the VIP rank it's being update using "Rank Badge" with Waggering. However, they're not giving any rank on the new system , BTW people still can claim any unclaimed reward from the old system reward.

Just not a smart move by them, they should aware these gonna to make some noice. It's these called scam ? based of my understanding and term & condition is not but it's just give people with bad vibes, wrong movement by them.

Yes, I posted on their ANN thread on the gambling board. I think they won't respond to this thread, even though they know about the issue, because they're not scamming users; it's just that they reset your VIP or wager progress. Like others have said, they have the right to do it because it was stated in the TOS. Many Roobet users also posted about this matter on X.com, and nothing has happened.

In my post about this issue (resetting wager progress), I mentioned that they don't give any compensation for what we've wagered. Maybe if they gave us at least 1% of our wager after the reset, the OP wouldn't post like this. lol

Those that are complaining about the reset are likely users who were collecting something weekly without wagering much since they built up their account.

While it sucks to wager and build an account only for it to be reset, look at the bright side, the lower levels are now available to you again and you're closer to a reward for hitting the 1st tier.

A bit correction, it's not not gonna go resolved, it's not gonna be valid, a.k.a. invalid. It's not a scam attempt, just a platform revamping their system. Unless I understand things wrongly, there is no financial damage to OP, only time and progress, nor that it's the platform's deliberate attempt to lie or mislead OP. It shouldn't be a valid scam accusation.


OP, I understand that it's beyond annoyance and frustrating that your entire progress got resetted. However, this is not a scam attempt. Every player on their platform faced the same issue with you. Even if I try to reach to their representative and give you some kind of "compensation" in any form, it won't be fair because, this way, you got something while everyone else has to make do with what's given to them. As such, I will not approach them with this proposal.

One and only thing I can suggest, if you really can't take their decision and consider it as an ultimate insult and refuses to rebuild your progress from the beginning, move. Go to other casino. Case closed.

Roobet isn't scamming you OP, they have resettled their system to make things good for the users and for themselves. I know from such step many users got hurt and few considered it as a scam but actually they haven't scammed anyone but rested their own system and I believe they have authority to do that.

However, ethically that's not a good step and I believe the ones who wagered huge amounts should get some boosts so they can reach similar wagering levels faster but that's again going to be unfair with the new players.

Sure sounds bad but I hav 2 thing to say about that.
First off, wagering 50k is absolutely nothing these days. This wager will bring you silver VP on stake for example, not even worth mentioning.
Everybody can wager 50k with a calculated loss of around 500$, so I really doubt perks can be high to moan about it, sorry.
About the case on hand, I wonder how this impacts higher VIP levels. OP's level is obviously not worth mentioning but how about somebody that wagered over 10 million over time. If they get reset without anything that would be awful.

I don't see anything wrong from Roobet side. It wasn't an easy decision. The casinos marketing team knows it very well that such decision will create a negative impact on a big part of the users. And they will lose some old users for this change. Still, they took this decision and made the changes. It might be annoying for some users who spent a lot of time to reach higher ranks.

The user has already received enough rewards who have such big wager. Perhaps, there was a big number of higher ranked users who were only taking higher ranked benefits without making a deposit for a long time. Which has forced them to make this change.

I am not their user, so I don't know how big the chaos that follows this new reward system and the aftermath of it, but if I read from what M1cha3IM said that the new system is actually more rewarding, and that ryzaadit said the unclaimed bonus from the old system will still be claimable, I don't think they'll protest much. Perhaps the high rollers even consider this as a new challenge, to get to the "same" position as they were previously on, in the shortest time possible.
