Pump and dump? That is extremely risky! You could lose what's left of you.
Better to do it in a better way, don't get too excited to get those loses like it seems you really chasing it.

Improve your trading like since you already made a lot of mistakes, take a list and write down those mistakes you made then don't do it again, learn from your mistakes and it will help you to be profitable trader, stick on your plans and goals.

A simple advice for you, "Never ask anyone about a pump and dump or about a coin where you can invest." Most of the times the ones who give up such advice often rugs you and that's not going to be a happy experience for you.

If you really want to make profits as a trader then first learn trading and follow some good traders on YouTube. After learning trading you should always prefer to do your own research rather than relying on someone else's advice. That way you can recover your losses and if you do your research well then you might end up making profits as well.

Pretty sure no whale is going to see this thread and reply what meme coins will pump soon. Most likely you will get nothing but a bunch of scammers sending you Solana type of meme coins to buy which they will eventually rug on you.

How did you lose the $10K, did you buy meme coins or was it leveraged trading. Honestly going to be hard to recover from this. Most likely you will end up losing the remaining $800 if you keep on trading like this. My advice is to buy some mid cap coins and hope that they succeed in the future. You wont get your $10K back by buying bitcoin or ethereum. These wont 10x like they did back in 2015.

The chances that you will also lose the 800$ are extremely high with this approach. You also seem to be very inexperienced in trading if you lose such a large sum so quickly.
I would therefore strongly advise you not to continue trading and certainly not to rely on pump and dump (or use groups to do so), as you will only lose money there too.

It would be much better if you invested this money in one of the top 15 coins and then staked it. That way you at least have a chance of limiting your losses somewhat, although a x15 is very unlikely.

Yeah the industry is always like this, you don't expect what you see in the very next moment, so what ever profit you have in altcoin do not gamble with it anymore rather try to get more reliable coin to replace them.

It's very hard to see coin to double your money with expected period you made mentioned, but what I must tell you is to bring down your eagerness to multiply your coin otherwise you would end up losing the entire 800$ or so. Just used the remaining money to invest in Bitcoin and have peace of mind otherwise you would watch and see your hand earned money melting just like that.

You should have shared your full story, it will help others give you more detail counsel you need but anyways, you should just avoid anything related to pump and dump coins. My guess is you must have bought meme coins, they are the only coins known for this, if you have bought Bitcoin and hold with that $10k, you will be proud of doing that anytime you wake up and check your wallet bit you have sunk your entire $10k into another person wallet as profit.

Word of advice, avoid the pump and dump tokens and focus on utility tokens, they will appreciate with time if you buy them and make sure you always do your own research to avoid repeating the same mistake you did already with the $10k.

I'm going to tell you what I did, and you can laugh and think "Wow, what a dumbass".  I deserve it.  If nothing else, LEARN from this.

August 12, just prior to 8 pm.  I'm getting on the computer to watch the Musk / Trump interview, it's probably gonna be good.  I don't have a Twitter / X account, but that's ok, it will probably be streamed on youtube.

So I get on youtube, and type something like "Elon Trump" in the search box.  First thing that comes up is some video of Elon Musk giving a speech, 21,000+ people are watching it, and Elon is talking about how we need to expand the use of crypto, he will double your coins to further its use, and scan this square bar code right here on the screen, it won't be displayed anywhere else. It leads to musktrump.io  .

So at the moment I'm thinking "If Elon is giving out this thing himself it must be okay, right?".  Not necessarily.

So I start getting into my trading account, thinking how much should I risk on this, all the money in my account is used for crypto bets, it is not my daily food and bill money.  I'm having to do this on my phone, because you can't scan the screen with a desktop PC. 

I'm reading it quickly, send in your coins and we will send double the mount back.  Yeah yeah, I've heard this scam before, but this is different, this came from Elon Musk himself, it's got to be okay. 

So what the hell, take a shot, and instead of sending in maybe 1 ETH or something small, I sent in $9000 worth, or 3.32 ETH. 

So then I'm getting a chat box popping up in my phone from the website I just sent my ETH to, saying that "Oh, you have to send TWO different coins in to get the deal".  I'm arguing with them, saying No I don't, that's not in the rules, etc.  And I changed screens on my phone to go back and reread everything, then couldn't get back to the chat box. 

10 minutes goes by, my coins haven't been sent back, single or doubled.  An hour.  A day, all week.  F@CK MY LIFE!!!!!

Afterwards, I went back to the site and looked around more.  Hmmm, no contact info, no Help or Support tabs, no way to reach anyone there except by sending coins.

And on top of all this, when I was in the middle of getting the trade ready, someone called me on the phone I'm trying to do the trade on.  What followed was 5 minutes of "yeah yeah" conversation, trying to get them off the phone so I could continue.  You'd think that would have kicked some sense into my head, and woke me up from this, but no, it didn't.

I didn't even bother to google search something like "elon musk crypto coin giveaway" or any such thing.  I did AFTER I screwed up then I learned about the deep fake videos and such things involved with this.

So now I'm in this situation.  The cash lost wasn't my base amount to invest with, but it was more or less the entire amount of profit I've made on crypto coins this year.  PM me with any information or for a receive address or whatever.

Speaking of learning. I'm afraid you're going the wrong way as you're likely just inviting scammers your way by combo-ing two popular scam starters.

1. Pump and dump is a scam scheme -- may I remind you that you can be used as a sacrificial lamb. Most likely, the tipper has already accumulated the coins before the signal goes out and will just dump their bags on you.
2. High risk of scam PMs -- this is a pretty popular method for scammers to pull mind tricks because there is less outside opinion going in unlike an open forum thread.

You had $10,000 in your wallet, and you decided to trade with it, and it dropped to $800. I don’t see anything bad in that, you haven’t lost so much money. Trading is all about profit and loss, so since you already know the reason why you lost, just try and correct the mistake and grow your money back gradually. I'm sure that’s just the best you can do, but if you want to multiply your money quickly, then I'm sure you are going to come back here to create a thread that you have lost the remaining $800.

There are things in which we have to take notice on because whales will not come our directly to the public announcing whom they were and for that to even happen, it will be at their own risk, while those that could come randomly on the social media claiming to be whales are fake and give out unreliable tips, everyone have to do his own research on anything he is doing, we are not having a single entity as whale, they are many.

If it's that easy to multiply money quickly in trading, I think all traders would be rich, and no one would be complaining about losing money in trading again. Try to understand one thing about trading: when someone is desperate to make money quickly, the more likely they are to encounter losses because they won't have enough time for analysis, and they will take risks they shouldn't take. If you truly want to multiply your money, you need to calm down, think wisely, and take another step by doing proper research and analysis before going back to the market.

I don't think anyone will PM you, unless scammers who are just here to scam, because it is not really easy to predict any coin market. Don't set a trap for yourself; if not, even the money with you, you will still lose it. Don't be that eager to make money in the crypto industry, or else someone will regret it. With what my eyes have seen in the crypto industry, anyone eager to make quick money always ends up in tears, so it would be better for you not to rush into making it."

truth is, if you fail to make profit from trading out of your $10,000 and instead losing it all the way to only $800 left, what make you think you can make up for the losses?

it seems like you're tilted because you lost so much and you want to compensate for it by investing into pump and dump coin but you're more likely to lose your money even more because pump and dump coin is called with such name for a reason, because it's highly manipulated by the whale you probably gonna be robbed of opportunities.

responsible trading through TA is the way if you really want to make up for the losses but it'll take quite long time.

That is a ridiculous act in trading, you try to find out information related to your Pump Dump, what if someone cheats you and you lose everything, you just know from my experience in the world of trading, usually people who do Pump you Dump are the owners of the project itself on altcoins, those who hold more supply and those who manage to sell, then the Pump you Dump scheme is done by them.

But for you, I think it will be very difficult to turn around $800-$10,000, especially it seems that you are still careless in trading, so I think it is much better for you to continue learning, use that $800 to buy books and understand it very well, then most likely if you learn more critically you will be able to return that money, keep in mind also that you need a long time to learn.

And that is the thing with newbies, they thought that they know how to play the market and thinks its a get rich quick scheme, pump and dump. And with that, you know what you did wrong, you didn't DYOR. So that is a massive lost in trading and to honest going to be difficult to get it back and I don't think that someone will help you out here, and I don't know if there are whales here.

So I guess the best thing to do is to buy that 800$ of yours invest in on Bitcoin, easy as that. And just be on what we call long term HODLer and not to make complicate things on your on by trying to be a trader because it's not for everyone.

Over the years I've been into crypto, since early 2013, I've noticed that I have a knack for buying or selling just a couple days too soon or too late.  And it happened again here.  

I'd been HODLing Helium HNT for years.  I got into Helium mining back in '21, and after getting 10 hotspots up and running and mining and holding my coins, plus buying some more coins when prices were low, I had a few thousand HNT.  Helium was floating around $2 for over a year, and when prices finally popped early this year, I sold all my HNT around $5, and the little bits of a few other crapcoins, like Cardano, Polygon, etc.  I had a solid $17,400 in CASH in my trading account.  In order to get the HNT, I spent around $7000 on Helium mining hotspots, as well as paying people at a couple houses $50 per month to have my hotspots there to cover the area and earn lots of coins off the hotspots, because that's how Helium works.  Do your own research on that, the hotspots are nearly useless now.  For the last year+, they were only mining IOT, which I'd swap to HNT in my phone app and sent to my exchange account.

Then, after I sold my HNT at $5.... it went up.  $6, $7, $8, almost to $11.  I was distressed, to say the least, if I'd held it a week or 2 longer it would have been very profitable.  

So then began a cycle of prices ups and down in HNT.  Up to 8, down to 6, up to 9, down to 7, up to 8, down to 6, etc.

This went on for a couple months.  Finally one day it dropped to $5.30 and them popped to about $6.50.  I missed buying in at $5.30 by a couple hours because I'd left the house.  So I said OKAY, next time it dips to $5.30, I'm IN!!!!

So a day or 2 later, if dropped to $5.30, I went all in, and......  It dipped to $4.

I said many bad words.  Then it rose to $5.20.  Well, I can't sell now to get out, because that would be a loss, and I don't do losses.  And with my luck, it'll pop way back up after I sell.

Thus began a 3 month cycle up ups and downs, mostly down.  A few times it rose to the mid $5's, and I was thinking "Mmmmm, I need $6.40 to sell, so I can have an even $20,000 in my account after exchange fees.

Finally, HNT rose to the mid $5's, enough for me to take about 1500 of my 3200 HNT coins and sell them and use the cash to buy something I'd been planning on getting.  $7500 out of my account.

Then the early August jobs and inflation reports came in, and dipped the whole market down, Ethereum went down to $2200.  Somehow, HNT recovered to around $4.70 pretty quickly, ahead of other coins.  So I thought HEY!  The move here is to use this temporary advantage in price differences to swap my HNT into the much more stable ETH, and let it ride, ETH is going to come back up, it is almost guaranteed profits!

So I swapped my 1700 remaining HNT into ETH, along with half an ETH I bought for $1100 in cash, so I now had 3.6 ETH purchased at around $2500 per ETH.  HNT was at $4.70 or so.

Since then, in the last week, ETH went to $2700 and back down a little.  HNT went to $5, then $6, then up and down a bit, and now I just checked and it is at $ 7.93!

If I had done nothing, and just left my HNT alone, and not used my brains to figure things out and manipulate the market for better profits, I'd have (1700 X 7.93) = $13,481 in my account now.  Instead I have $785.

You want to get what you lost? Believe you can lose it all, because you will definitely trade with risk and pump and dump coins are mostly meme coins.

Now you are on an even worse road. Do not try to get what you lost back because once I was there and I regret that to this day. That money is gone, forget it and start from scratch. It's not easy to quickly multiply $800 and make it 10K again, you'll make a mistake in searching that way and you'll lose that $800 too. Believe me, I was there and I lost, don't think that you'll end up differently. To be fair, there is a chance you will but there is a far greater chance that you won't.

First of all, no whale is going to help you and second of all, if anyone comes at you under the name of a whale, believe me, that they look at you like a fish they want to eat cause that's what whales do. They open their big mouth and eat a bunch of fish.
Start from scratch and make a long-term plan.
