Why is it that it's always florida man when something crazy happens? Florida has a death penalty, so if someone is risking thatthey must be either desperate, or have a solid plan.

Shooting someone with a gun for $3k in a place where death penalty exist sounds more like a desperate act then a plan, but if i was someone who is investigating this, i would definitely look for a plan.
