Can anyone help with a stuck transaction?

It just keeps getting moved to the back of the line. I know all the options out there but other than a paid service its limited since its not being set from a btc broker, not my own wallet.

The transaction is supporting replace-by-fee (RBF). You can increase the fee. You can increase the fee rate to 10 sat/vbyte if you want the transaction to get confirmed earlier.

If you do not know how to increase the fee, you can let us know the wallet that you used for it so that we can give you a guide about how to increase the fee.

@Charles- Tim though the transaction is RBF he can't do anything about it since op said he is withdrawing from his broker. The only thing he could possibly do is CPFP by trying to speed up the confirmation by spending the coins on his receiving wallet only with a larger fee.

Op I personally suggest that you hold on for a few hours because from what I've just checked the Blockchain explorer is estimating that it would be confirmed in less than an hour.

No one can actually help you speed up that transaction, even those here in the forum who claimed that they accelerate transactions.
Most of those threads are just "rebroadcast" service or using existing free accelerators where your transaction isn't qualified to be accepted.

Best to just wait since 3sat/vB isn't too low for the current average fee rate as I've seen recent blocks containing 3sat/vB transactions.

What do you mean?
To be clear, please state of it's "from" and "to" a self-custodial/custodial wallet and best if you state the wallet's name; e.g.: Electrum/Sparrow.

Thanks it is coming from an agent/broker who for some reason always sends with the lowest fee possible, usually works in an hour tops but sometimes when people keep overpaying it gets stuck and there isn't much you can do. With larger transactions I've sometimes paid a service as much as fifty bucks to get it through. Very annoying...

You haven't stated the recipient client/wallet (privacy reasons maybe?)
But if it's a self-custodial one where there's a proper "CPFP" (Child-Pays-for-Parent) feature or even just "coin-control",
you should be able bump it by spending that specific unspent txn output with a new transaction (that sends to yourself or your next payment).
That's cheaper than a paid accelerator.

I guess he mentions someone from the other side as a broker, who may be using his own non-custodial wallet for his payouts.

Anyway, the TX is now confirmed and OP if you feel this is accusing more than choose a wallet that allows CPFP so you can increase the TX for cheaper than paying 50 bucks for an accelerator.

The thing is many of this brokers or platforms hardly use the highest priority fee required to get your bitcoin confirmed in the next available block rather they choose like a medium priority fee rate which due to the fee fluctuations takes time to get confirmed sometimes and that’s why they usually get this delay. For future reference i will advice you use a non custodial wallet like electrum, BlueWallet or sparrow to receive your funds so that you can be able to do CPFP instead of using an accelerator which the chargers are usually way higher. Or better still go and read some T&C on the broker you might be able to set the fee rate to a higher one which would charge you just more than the usual one.

Based on the transaction the fee he uses is 3sat/vb should be enough to be confirmed within an hour or 30 minutes there might be other reasons why the transaction is stuck.
Mempool shows previous blocks and it seems during that time the network is not stable I see some spikes this might be the reasons why recommended fee increase and this transaction was stuck.

Next time @OP if you are going to receive BTC by someone else tell him/her if what fee is going to use so that you can request to increase the TX fee if the transaction fee is not enough or if you don't have a choice then the recommendation above "CPFP" is the only solution but only non-custodial wallet have this feature.

The transaction got confirmed and it already has 80 confirmations.

If you can't convince the broker to pay a more reasonable fee or you can't find a better alternative who isn't that cheap, then, at least, withdraw the coins to your own non-custodial wallet. In this case you will be able to accelerate the transaction by spending the unconfirmed coins (aka CPFP).
