Growth Of TON Ecosystem: Unstoppable Or The Next SOL Chain ?

The TON ecosystem has been on a roll recently, from DOGS to MAJOR and even CATI, it shows that Telegram is really taking a big and bold step forward. I remember when I was amused when they added a Telegram wallet with a new update but now it seems like every now hot token is in the TON ecosystem or has a relationship with them.

What do you guys think though, it's it something we should keep our eyes on or will it just be a bang before it dies down, I'm of the opinion that the ecosystem will slow down after a while but I'd like to know what you guys think.

While it's good enough right now to take over SOL, that is not only because TON is great, but also because the yare already close to SOL anyway, not like there is a huge gap between them. What people look into with these coins is the fact that they are both top ten coins right now, meaning that they really got some attention.

However, SOL has something more serious, which is the chain being strong itself, you can make any kind of token with that chain, it was used for memecoins for the time being but that's not the only thing it can do, it can do a lot more. Whereas TON got a lot of attention because of notcoin, while "not" word has a meaning, it's also reverse of TON as well, so it is basically a marketing thing.

It paid out a lot to many people so a lot of people look for similar projects and there are a lot of devs which are trying to make something similar, many shitty stuff happened as well and many people already lost money. So, this isn't really a sustainable growth for TON, if they really want to grow over SOL, then they need to be something other than just a "telegram tap tap game coin" type of thing, because that is all it is right now and it has to be something a lot more to grow.

The user overload on the TON network is amazing yet we've not seen or heard of any reported glitch or exploit. That's a huge plus for the potential of the ecosystem. And with DOGS lTGE on th horizon, the network is poised to undergo its first-of-a-kind stress test with a reported 42.2M user set to transact this token on the same day upon simultaneous listing across different exchanges and withdrawal to non-custodial wallets.

Could we see a replication of Notcoin success or a step further? All answers will be provided then especially with tons of giveaway events already lined up on these exchanges each trying to lure more users. For example, I made my deposit to Bybit on the first day but after seeing the free TON giveaway events on Bitget, I'm tempted to change my choice of cex deposit and now we've got Binance on the horizon. Such a tough choice right now hmmm.

If TON could rule over a few more trends like this, they could literally fight for the second place and I am not even joking. At this point they are only dominating the market because of the fact that they had this hugely hyped telegram stuff and that makes sense, it would be quite high in the list because it's the trending subject and that's why everyone is using that network, so it's only logical to assume that they are riding the wave at the moment.

But in order to make this bigger, they need one or two more trends like this, they need to make sure that they get some more attention and get one more hype at least and two if possible. If they can do that then we are going to end up with a much better result and things will be better for it and could fight for second place.

The real change would be if most of the USDT liquidity moved to the TON ecosystem but I think that would be a bit difficult. DOGS to MAJOR and even CATI although it would have a positive impact on TON there are no real use cases for these tokens outside of DEXs so once the price drops you will find that the transactions will drop sharply.

in this case TON has shown rapid progress for now, the strong financial impact they show, it shows an achievement with many users for now and is expected for the future, with a clear direction, attracting their interest in storing the value they collect and that is something that provides certainty to continue move forward.

that's the disadvantage of TON, too much depending on the new project without sustaining mechanism at all, right now NOT is currently declining and the hypes faded, though TON got something up their sleeves to increase trx such as DOGS, but I expect it to be like NOT.

I agree with you. Meme projects are just hype that will soon die down. Solana network has a lot of meme projects and most of them end up rugpulling. This should be a red flag for TON if they want to expand and broaden their network to the whole crypto community. They need to have a sustainable project with good fundamentals. TON has the potential to go to $100 because they have a good and smooth network.

Ton will definitely evolve that's for sure, the interesting part about this whole discussion is that after I dropped this post I started seeing a couple of exchanges making moves to drive TON's popularity because it will also be beneficial for them, an example is a discord event that Bitget announced, they are attracting people with DOGS tokens as a reward, if things like this continue then this trend will last for quite a while rather than fading into obscurity

until now not amazed by other projects from the NOT project is very extraordinary starting from here. become an airdrop tap tap become hype by the community. maybe the support of the season is good the price of bitcoin is still at a high price to support the TON ecosystem can replace solana. but for me solana is still good until now even though yesterday there was a lot of conflicting news
